Comfortable stay in a good location

Pros: The location is good and easy to find from Kinshicho Station. The area around the station has good amenities and access to other parts of Tokyo is easy from the station. There is value for money staying in this area and it is within walking distance to the Skytree. The twin room we had was well laid out.

Cons: Nothing in particular. We didn't go for the breakfast option as that didn't seem like great value.

Pros: With skytree view day and night. Close to all shops. Park nearby suits family with young kids. Metro exit is just B2 walking 3 minutes to gate.

Pros: Proximity to train, bus and subway, numerous restaurants and shops close by, lovely view of the Skytree and city. Rooms are a decent size and beds were comfortable.

Overall, it’s generally quite good.

Pros: This room is very spacious with a great layout, and the view from the room is beautiful.

Cons: The only slight downside is that the price is a bit too expensive.

The stay was comfortable, and the location was very convenient—just near the station.

Pros: location was exceleent. unfortunately I had to leave early at 6am without breakfast

Cons: The payment information from BOOKING.COM was confusing. I received an email stating 'pay until ...', so I thought the payment would be automatically deducted from my credit card two days before check-in. However, I later found out that I still needed to pay upon check-in. I'm not sure if Booking.com charged my credit card for the first reservation, which was supposed to be paid upon booking, or not.

Lovely location, great breakfast and helpful staff. Would recommend!

Pros: We liked the location - it was easy to move around and in a very central neighborhood. Few steps from the hotel there is a really nice bar where we had lovely drinks and had a lovely time. Also, 7eleven at the ground floor is always a plus. Train station is really close and although the bed was a bit small (my husband is 2M tall...) it was very comfortable.

Cons: I did not like that we could not open the window too much - but I see that being a thing common around all hotels.
