A hidden gem for tourists

Pros: Location is great. Very close to the train station, a 7 11, and many small food places. As well as a 25 minute walk from Ikebukuro which is amazing. Basically no staff check in on tablet which is nice since no pressure of trying to understand each other and the price is great. With good facilities.

Cons: I had a room with bunk beds. Which I knew so it was my mistake, being on top bunk was slightly challenging but once up it was great! Honestly no complaints aside me hurting my back due to being on top bunk which was my fault. WiFi could be a bit spoty sometimes tho however since all the travelling we did it was not a problem.

Excellent place that is close to train station.

Pros: There are no breakfast. But it is close to many restaurant and close to the JR lines.

Cons: No table in the room.

Convenient and Great Value

Pros: The hotel’s location is super convenient, just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around. There are lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so finding food is no problem. The self-check-in was quick and easy, and the room was fully equipped with everything I needed. For the price, it’s definitely great value. Overall, a nice and hassle-free stay!

A peaceful stay with the nicest staff on Koh Chang

Pros: The Resort is located at a beautiful spot, where we had lots of privacy and quiet. We stayed for 2 weeks and especially because of the very kind, helpful staff, we quickly felt at home. Breakfast was served at reasonable hours and was always delicious. Every day we were able to choose if we wanted our room to be cleaned or not and received some water. The whole place was very clean in general. Every time there was an issue or something we needed help with, the staff was at our side right away and solved any problem immediately. I'd definitely recommend the resort to anyone coming to Koh Chang

Pros: The hotel locates near Otsuka train station. The price is not expensive.

Cons: There is no elevator in the hotel.

This is a good and cheap place to stay

Pros: bunk bed, but can sleep 2 people together. Each bed has its own TV. Have all the necessary equipment.

Cons: Should provide enough slippers for guests in the room, I went with 2 people but only got 1 slipper. You should keep paper cups in the room.

A clean enough and functional space for those who wants the room for sleep only

Pros: Excellent location and access to Otsuka station, a great access to central Tokyo while being away from the hustle and bustle, close to great cheap eats at night time and a great downtown atmosphere

Cons: Dusty bunks & toilets, dark room colour which felt a bit like a prison cell, the ladders for top bunks were becoming loose.

Pros: チェックインの手続きがタブレット上で行えるのが楽でした。チェックアウトも札をポストに入れるだけなので個人的にはかなり好きでした。

Cons: 機械苦手な人はきついかも。

全然OK🆗✌

Pros: 口コミで少し心配したけど、全然OKでした！ ファミリーで利用しましたが、子供たちは秘密基地感覚(押し入れ基地)で、楽しそうでした。 トイレも問題なし。シャワー室も広めで、水圧もOK！ 一式普通に揃ってあり問題なし。

Cons: この手のホテルは初めてだったので、フロントがない(従業員が居ない)事がとても不安でした。メールでも送ってみたけど返信なし…なので、チェックインが気になり、気が気じゃありませんでした。(口コミで探ってはいましたが…) 行ってみればなんとかなるんでしょと言い聞かせ…到着。玄関に分かりやすく手順が…なるほど…と。 せめて、この手の事をホテルサイトに記してくれてあればと思いました。
