Pros: The property was easy to find, clean and well presented.

Cons: The pillows were too small.

Pros: We like the fact that it's easily accessible to Akihabara and Ueno. Many convenient stores around the hotel. The staff was very quick in response. Appreciate it.

Cons: Nothing much. Just the staircase is a bit narrow.

Great and convenient stay in the bustling city of Akihabara.

Pros: The location is amazing, walking distance to different train stations so it’s easy to get around. There is a convenience store across the road and a supermarket very close by. The property was spacious for Tōkyō and made it a comfortable stay for a family of 4.

Cons: I would have liked more amenities like towels and better quality of body wash and shampoo and conditioner - the body wash caused some skin irritation. I would also have appreciated more hooks in the bedrooms to hang clothes or towels as there are aren’t any closets for our clothes so we put everything on the floor.

Cons: Being on the 4th floor wasn’t ideal for young family but it was totally worth it for the location.

Apart from no elevator I really liked this apartment for the family.

Pros: Clean, two bedrooms, kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, close to several train stations and plenty of food and shops within walking distance.

Cons: No elevator but managed the narrow stairs just fine with luggage.

Good place to stay with family

Pros: Good location, close to Ginza line, a little further away from JR. Lots of small restaurants in direction of Ueno. Nice and clean, enough for a family of 4. Also washing machine and dryer were very useful.

Cons: A little loud.

Great place for those travelling with a large group

Nice apartment very well located in Tokyo

Pros: Very nice appartement, great location close to Akihabara and very convenient to reach most famous places to see in Tokyo. The apartment was also very clean, well equipped and self-entrance was very convenient as well. Many thanks, we had a great stay at Mori Hotel Akihabara 2!

Cons: No glasses for drink, only cups

Pros: Spatious, clean, with perfect shower, comfortable beds, very good location... For our family (2 adults + 3 teenagers) completely amazing.
