Incredible hotel, perfect to enjoy Tokyo in the best conditions!

Pros: I had the most pleasant stay in this hotel! The personnel is really nice and accomodating, the rooms are clean, spacious enough with a really nice private shower. It’s well located, close to the train station.

Pros: The staff were so helpful and kind. The hotel provided free snacks and a meal in the evening, local foods and drinks to try. The laundary facilities were great and free! Beautiful hotel with great links to anywhere you want to go in Tokyo.

Cons: I have no complaints whatsoever.

Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated in Shinjuku and convenient for exploring Tokyo. There was also a free drinks session in the evening, with free breakfast included as well. All for a very good price! Would 100% recommend staying here

Really good hotel for our 4 nights in Shinjuku

Pros: The staff was really nice and welcoming. We had a lot of specific requests, like finding a post office open on a holiday, and they did all they could to find one for us. They lent us a vacuum cleaner to compress bags as well. The room was great, very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located near two stations and it's really easy to go anywhere from there.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Pros: This place was an ideal first stop in Japan. The location in Shinjuku has a very international vibe, but it is central enough to all the fun and games of Shinjuki. The hosts were very welcoming and as I arrived very early in the morning I was able to store my luggage before I checked in. The hotel room itself was clean, and the facilities up to standard. The hotel offer evening snacks and welcome soba noodles after 7pm so, after a tiring first day in Tokyo it was good not to have to think about getting dinner and just enjoy some Sake and Soba noodles. I liked most of the things at this hotel. I'd say that this hotel was the closet to the description that I've found on booking.com

Pros: Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were so friendly and also so helpful. I loved my little room, everything I could need. So easy to get to anywhere in the city as right next to the metro but also walking distance to the heart of Shinjuku. Would definitely recommend staying here

Pros: Good location, friendly staff and good facilities such as the lounge room with complimentary snacks and drinks. Great access to nearby stations on the Yamanote and Chuo-Subo lines made getting round Tokyo easy.

Cons: Only minor things, there would sometimes be a strong spicy smell from neighbouring restaurants. I didn't mind this much myself, but it could put some people off. You can also hear nearby trains from time to time, but not loudly enough to keep me awake.

Pros: Pretty much everything was great. Friendly, helpful staff. Great showers. Great room. Perfect stay

Cons: No view from bedroom window, but I realise that next to nothing can be done about this

Pros: Super calm and clean environment, very soothing down to the music and lighting! The staff were incredible and the calming nature of the atmosphere was such a lovely break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Also located very close to the city centre which was so convenient.

Perfect stay in Tokyo

Pros: By far the best place to stay in Shinjuku I definitely recommend and would love to come back and stay here. Everything was perfect. Clean rooms, beautiful lounge with snack and perfect location near Yamanote line. But the best past is top notch service and care given by staff. all the staff were kind but the Manager lady is absolutely wonderful. Hope to come back again.
