Loved it. Relaxing, good location and freebies!!

Pros: Great amenities. Loved the bedrock and massage chairs. Free coffee/drinks/snacks, plus face masks and a wide variety of toiletries. Lovely staff, well located.

Cons: Continual music in lounge area that just plays on a loop.

Pros: The room and bed were both comfortable and relaxing. My wife loved the massage chairs and the foot spa was so, so good after walking for hours.

Family vacation loved every minute such a beautiful place.

Pros: The location was great, walking distance to the train station & the night life & food. Staff were friendly. For a family of 4 (2 teenage boys) the room was tight for moving around the room but was perfect for what the room was intended for, sleeping.

Pros: This was a such a great property, small rooms but big amenities, the place has everything you need and more. Drink machines, free massage chairs, free foot spa to enjoy after long days walking around Japan, free snacks and a free bar. There's also free use of the outdoor bath and steam room which were also great. The property is clean and tidy.

Cons: I wasn't 100% sure about the cleanliness of the bedding, the bedding was also like a mat on top of a bed base which for me was pretty uncomfortable for 7 nights and the pillows were really uncomfortable but the property tried their best to support by offering free rental pillows.

Great stay, Close to everything, Free Amenities

Pros: So many free ammenities. Massage chairs were amazing after long days of walking and also drinks. Super close to trainstation couple mins walk. Food and conbinis also couple minutes away. Friendly staff!! Loved our stay!!

Cons: Our room smelt like smoke it was a nonsmoking room but us not being smokers I felt we could smell it. It wasnt super strong it put us off staying there tho. Pillows are quite small just be aware if your a pillow person only a small one was provided

Pros: Everything about this hotel was amazing! The hotel has SO many free ammenities: the lounge with free drinks, snacks, and board games, free use of massage chairs in the lobby, the feet spa, hot rock bath, private onsen, and the many free products in the bathroom, which are high quality products! Highly recommend this hotel as it is well located and many free things!
