It's good for solo travellers. The area feels safe.

Pros: There's good access to transport, two train stations nearby and many places to eat.

Pros: Convenient location quiet area close to train statio

Cons: Nothing really all very convenient

Pros: Quiet area with lots of good restaurants, the location is also close to a station.

Cons: The room is a bit small and the pillow is a bit uncomfortable to sleep on

Pros: Has everything you might need. Our room even had a washing machine. The dryer was just an air dryer, but there's a coin laundry really close by.

Cons: There's no lift, so if you are on the second floor it is a bit difficult to get things up. It's a narrow stair.

Pros: Overall great location! Super close to the train lines. Good deal for the price and overall had a very nice stay.

Very happy to have found this hotel, and never had a bad thing to say during our stay.

Pros: Location was great, central to Okubo and Shinjuku. Just out of the way enough to be quiet on a night.

Cons: A little small, but it’s to be expected in such a central location in Tokyo for the price we paid.

Pros: Got a feel of a traditional Japanese city Apartment vibe from hotel. Rooms were cleaned effectively every time we requested it cleaned. Walked in once on cleaner cleaning and he was actually cleaning everything in detail, which usually is skipped by hotels

Cons: The reception was not connected with the hotel

Great place to stay in Tokyo!

Pros: Excellent location, quiet and very short walk to train station (2 mins to Shin-Okubo) Room was warm (it was winter) clean and comfortable featuring everything we needed for our stay in Tokyo. There were comfy big cushions provided to turn one of the beds into a big couch. Lovely hot shower and excellent bathroom facilities. Our expectations were exceeded at every level. Thank you very much!

Great place that we enjoyed staying at

Pros: Good budget accomodation for the family - we all enjoyed staying in the two rooms that we rented. The rooms were clean, well laid out and even had their own microwave and washing machine which were useful. Well priced and a very convenient location. I also left my phone in the room when I checked out and the staff were very helpful in me getting it back, thank you!

Pros: The price is reasonable and takes 5 minutes to get to mrt , location very convenient 

Cons: We stay at 2nd floor and there is no elevator it was very tired
