Pros: Huge property with an amazing kitchen, bathroom, seperate lounge area and I loved the little laundry. Close to transport and lots of food options close by. This was fabulous for my family.

Cons: Only thing I didn’t like was you could hear people when they were in the hallway.

Pros: Nice room- super comfy - loved the washing machine and dryer combo

Cons: Don’t like it wasn’t manned - hard to find and hard to navigate into the building for foreigners

Pros: Plenty of room and bedding options, clean and tidy, very quiet location and apartment complex.

Cons: Nothing, had everything we needed for comfortable stay.

Worth staying!

Pros: Very accessible location to trains and there are many eateries around, so it was easy to fill get meals settled. Internally, the large space was great for repacking our bags, with a good hangout area. There was a kitchenette and washing machine which was handy.

Cons: While the bunk beds saved space, one has to be careful not to hit the poles while entering or exiting It’s overall quite clean but it could be better maintained and cleaner. There is sone dust in nooks.

An easy stay.

Pros: Good apartment, walking distance to a few things but we ended up using the taxis a lot. Comfy beds and room. A good layout.

Pros: Location was great, as it was rather centralised and close to Yotsuya station which is linked to other train lines. It is also in the alley with lots of eateries and other services. There are a couple if eateries at the beginning of the alley which are obviously popular since there's always long queues of people whenever we passby. The hotel room was wonderful too, as it was spacious with enough walking space even with our many luggages. Room was also very clean and very self contained complete with kitchenette. Overall, we had a good stay. Highly recommended.

Cons: My daugher who slept on the sofa bed by the window said it was a bit noisy at night as the hotel is right next to a restaurant cum bar. We had a 2nd floor room, so she could hear lots of people talking downstairs from her sofabed by the window during night time. The other less inconvenient thing is that since it is an unmanned hotel, there's nobody we could call to seek help when we had some trouble with the self check-in and door locking. We were totally on our own to figure out how things work, so it was a little frustrating at the beginning. But once we got past that, the entire stay was peaceful and comfortable.

Pros: The room is beautiful and really spacious. The location is also really good. It is also really clean.

Cons: You get cleaning once for every 6 days. This seems very very little, it is rated 4 stars after all. Also the building was not that secure, anyone could just take the elevator and reach our floor.

Amazing stay in a salaryman district

Pros: Everything is clean and new, all amenities are provided, with extras like free drinks/snacks and skincare routine. The street is quiet so you can sleep well. Only wish we could have stayed here longer!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent — we could reach pretty much everything within 20 minutes train ride. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for our family of four. The living room was large and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and convenient laundry area. It made our stay feel just like home!
