Hotel New Otani Tokyo EXECUTIVE HOUSE ZEN

Pros: Great location, personel goes all the way, perfect big room, lounge cosy and good choices of drinks and snacks in the bar in the evening.

Cons: Overpriced for small luxury executive floor with limited extra facilities. Limited (although good quality) breakfast option in executive wing. Big complex has all you need but not at 5 star quality so you're really paying for the beautiful big room. Next time we would book a normal room if we want to stay in the same area, or consider an overall more luxurious hotel instead of one offering one floor or wing at the same rate.

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect! We were welcomed with ginger tea while a private receptionist handled our check-in. The staff were incredibly attentive and made our honeymoon unforgettable. We were upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking a 400-year-old garden, and every detail — from breakfast to the luggage service to our next hotel — was flawless. The delicate attention of providing night kimonos and pajamas was such a lovely touch. Perfect location near the metro for easy access to all the main attractions — we couldn’t recommend New Otani Zen Hotel more!

Great stay. Highly recommend Executive House Zen.

Pros: Executive House Zen Lounge is delightful and such good value with all day food and drinks including French champagne and delicious pastries. The rooms are also significantly nicer than the standard hotel rooms.

Cons: The sun heated up the room quickly on the morning. We had to keep the curtains drawn all day so couldn’t enjoy the view from the room (it was July). There can be a wait at breakfast in the morning.

Excellent stay

Pros: Great central location. Wonderful service and facilities.

Pros: Fantastic hotel, staff are amazing so helpful nothing is too much trouble. Afternoon tea, snacks, nightcap service food was fantastic. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable.

Exceptional stay at the Executive House Zen!

Pros: Very nice check-in experience. Must say the Lady Manager was exceptional in her making us feel welcome and explaining all the alternatives to us due to the fact that we were not able to use the Lounge per our booked preferred room. Very nice service in the Garden Tower 40F breakfast time; also had a shabu-shabu lunch -- again the lady serving us was super good. All in all, it has been very nice staying the Executive House Zen.

Cons: Nothing really. Everything was just perfect. Price of course may seem high but that is to be expected for such a fine room and service. Wish we had a chance to try out the Lounge. Maybe next time!

Pros: Lots of towers Gym reserved for 18 guests only The garden looks nice

Cons: Not sure the price is reasonable/ worthy. For the travelers who don't speak Japanese but only English, this might be a good choice.

Pros: Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε κανένα πρόβλημα, αντιθέτως οι παροχές ήταν πλήρεις και ήταν όλα πολύ άνετα. Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικό. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά!

Beau séjour

Pros: Le placement, la grandeur, la vue, équipement et espace spa et bain public!

Cons: Établissement est énorme, c’est un labyrinthe… il faut compter 20 minutes pour sortir du hôtel! La piscine extérieure n’est pas exceptionnelle, pas très grande, pas de charme. La piscine intérieure c’est uniquement sur le rdv et max 4 personnes…

Superb

Pros: Location perfect.The gardens were amazing with a selection of restaurants to choose from. The snacks on the Executive suites was great.
