Nice hotel reasonably close to the city.

Pros: Nice room although bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfasts were amazing. And Japanese garden was beautiful.

Cons: Mattress quite hard and pillows too soft. Charges to use pool and to have fresh milk delivered to the room for tea and coffee

Excellent service and we would love to come back again.

Pros: The triple room accommodated my family well. We were very pleased with the amount of wardrobe space and the bathroom was spacious enough. The Japaneses garden was a highlight for us. It was a beautiful peaceful setting to be in the morning before the day started and we also walked through the garden in the evening with all the lights illuminating the trees.

Cons: I wish that we could have opened the windows for fresh air ventilation. The assistant manager came to the room to show me how to open the air vent to allow some limited circulation of air into the room.
