Lovely boutique hotel

Pros: Good facilities & amenities. Quiet location and close to convenience store/mini market. The hotel is located within walking distance to 2 train/subway stations and one of them is directly linked to Haneda airport which is very handy for us.

Cons: There's a pile of laundry/linens bags left on the stairs between level 3 and 4 for several days which can become a trip or fire hazard.

Pros: Clean and comfortable. A good size room with comfortable bed.

Cons: A little out of the main area. One train stop from Yamanote line.

Pros: Loved the location. Easy access to train and conbinis.

Cons: Pillows were too thin.

Pros: It is near the railway station and the amenities are very ok.

Pros: The hotel was placed in a really nice neighbourhood. It is a bit off from the station so if you have a lot to carry that would be a hassle. All in all, a really good experience. No issues experienced!

Overall a good place to stay with the family. Very clean, spacious and accessible.

Pros: Great location. We were a family of 5 and the room had plenty of space even with luggages. Close to convenience stores like 7-Eleven, Family Mart. Has access to 2 train stations Oimachi and Aomono-Yokocho both walking distance. Oimachi station has a large grocery store and some restaurants.

Cons: The already narrow stairs were partially blocked with big bags of linen in stacks which makes it unsafe to use. One time going down, a bag of linen got caught and almost toppled down the steps.

Really nice room, though do note the location

Pros: A nice and spacious room that has all the necessary facilities. We stayed with 4 people, so the 4 beds took up a bit more space than seen in the picture, but there was still enough space to move around.

Cons: The accommodation is about a 6 minute walk from Aomono-Yokochō station. While the location is not bad, it is mildly far away (about 30 minutes by train) from popular locations in Tokyo, such as Asakusa, Akihabara or Shibuya. This is not necessarily a bad thing since Shinagawa is a nice place, but it might be something worth noting if you intend to visit the aforementioned locations.

Pros: Well equipped apartment near supermarkets, restaurants and two metro stations Good kitchen

Cons: Pillow too soft, beds not comfortable

Comfy stay for 3.

Pros: Room is nice and comfortable for 3 of us. It is clean and check-in/check-out process was smooth.

Cons: Lack of towel hangers. The auto messaging via email is quite annoying. Even the pre-registration was done, it kept asking us to do it.

Good value for moneyand hotel was spacious

Pros: The space was decent and lots of amenities around. The washing machine was good with drying capability. Good dining space and spacious unit. Value for money and friendly reliable staff.
