Super Hotel Shinagawa Shinbanba

Good hotel

Pros: The hotel is closed to monorail station. It is very important for us as we needed to catch the flight early in the morning.

Cons: It is a bit pricey, but it is Tokyo.

Pros: The location is on a quiet street, a medium walk to a couple of stations (Shinagawa, Monorail, etc); the room is clean and nice, very conveniently unlocked with a code instead of a key. A bit weird that they have only one pillow in the room,but if you need, you can pick up one more downstairs? There are different shower supplies downstairs, including shaving and face creams, overall, a nice hotel.

Cons: The breakfast room is small, and the food selection is very limited & not great.

Made us want to stay in Superhotel places again!

Pros: Includes breakfast - really good because there aren't many places open before 10am. In a very good location for access to Haneda airport.

A lovely stay and in a relaxing quiet part of the city

Pros: Clean and in quiet location. Staff were polite and helpful despite the language barrier.

Cons: I liked everything about the property. The only thing that the rooms were very small.

Pros: The facilities were spotless and it was quiet. Loved the free breakfast and the amenities provided. Staff were lovely.

Cons: It was a bit small and not much room for two average cases in the room. The pillows weren’t great.

Nice hotel with good connection with Narita Airport and Shinkansen trains

Pros: Nice hotel near (about 15 minutes walk) to Shinagawa Station (stop for Shinkansen trains and direct connection with Narita Airport. Cozy, clean and not too big rooms. Onsen worth to visit to feels Japanese vibes. Good breakfast. Nice personnel.

Pros: Great hotel, compact but smart. Free drinks and alcohol. Good location in a nice neighborhood.

Cons: A bit expensive.

Welcoming & friendly staff. Compact and convenient place to stay.

Pros: Small & Compact room. Convenient down stairs area for breakfast and was also able to use throughout the afternoon and evening. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Option to choose your own pillow from a selection of pillow types neatly stored in a convenient area located opposite the lift when heading of to your room. Hot and cold drink machines were accessible 24/7. Complimentary bathroom products were also available opposite the reception desk. Train and bus services were easily accessible. 5-10 minute walk from the property. Small convenient store was located just across the road from the property. Many other convenient store shops also a short walk from the property. Plenty of local restaurants located by a short walking distance from the property. Staff were always welcoming and polite.

Cons: No dislike comment.

Comfortable, clean, good value for money. I’d definitely stay in a superhotel again

Pros: The facilities and amenities were excellent. The staff we friendly and the breakfast was plentiful.

Cons: I could sometimes hear the guests in the room next to us talking.

Pros: Lovely place to stay and the staff were very helpful.
