nice enough, but not Shinagawa and hence not convenient

Pros: the young lady at the desk was very nice and helpful

Cons: Booking advertised this as Shinagawa, but it is Oimachi one station on a minor line away, which required an annoying connexion.

Worth the money

Pros: Amenities were excellent. I would say daily breakfast was great for the price I paid. They provided clean towels daily and housekeeping for a few days. Good area to go around Tokyo even going to Tokyo Bay area or Yokohama.

Cons: Twin room is a small room for a family of 4 but still manageable. I wish I can use TV to watch YouTube or Netflix.

great value for money

Pros: it’s very close to a shopping mall, lots of shops and convenience stores close by, the area is lively and interesting. the room is also quite spacious and clean

This is a perfect place for this short stay

Pros: We had a very comfy stay. Location is great. Train station is 4 min walk with good connectivity. The staff were amazing and helped us to accomodate our needs. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this place for everyone looking for a budgeted accommodation.

Pros: close to train station, nice breakfast, descent room size, clean, nice staff, Pajamas provided, coin laundry facility and the service for sending our luggage to another place in Japan

Cons: Almost nothing, but I wish there is more elevator. Only 1 elevator for the whole building but so far never have to wait too long. So it’s ok

Pros: A quiet place near a major metro station makes for a great stop for a few days. What really stood out was the stuff that were beyond what was needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room is pretty standard, including all the amenities required for a short (or long) stay. The breakfast was also excellent. It is a pretty standard hotel in a business and residential district. So, if you are looking for a touristic experience, keep in mind that this district won't offer one (nothing to do with the hotel although).

Pros: 羽田からのアクセスも良く、どこに行くにも便利なロケーション。朝食もとても美味しく、スタッフの対応も良く、スーツケースを送るときにも、素早く対応してくれた。洗濯機や乾燥機も使えて、大変便利。

Séjour de 2 nuits agréable à l’écart des zones touristiques et/ou trop fréquentées

Pros: Emplacement à 2 pas de la gare Oimachi, quartier animé avec de nombreux restaurants à 5-10min à pieds, chambre avec bon lit et bureau, petit-déjeuner buffet, gentillesse du personnel

Cons: Check-in fastidieux, peu de places au petit-déjeuner, salle de bain un peu étroite, un seul ascenseur pour tout le bâtiment

Pros: スタッフの方がとても優しく、自分は目が少し悪いのでガウンの場所や氷の場所を案内していただいたのに見えなくウロウロしていたら丁寧に案内をしてくれました。 壁が薄いというクチコミを読んでいたので心配していましたが、用意された部屋はとても静かで問題ありませんでした。 ロビーのスタッフの方も、朝食会場のスタッフの方も親切でした。

Cons: エレベーターが1つなので、朝食の時間帯は下の方の階の部屋になると満員で乗れないことがあります。朝に非常階段が解放されるので下の階の方は階段で降りる方が早いです。 朝食会場が狭いので並ぶかもしれません。
