Wonderful team and excellent value for money

Pros: Wonderful team and excellent value for money considering the location, close to the most important neighborhoods in Tokyo by a bus or train ride.

Cons: There could be more kitchen utensils in the room.

Pros: Excellent place, incredibly friendly, warm people, excellent helpfulness and service, close to metro stations, very good location, convenience stores, supermarkets, shopping centers, 100% recommended.

It was great for a solo traveller, the room had everything I needed and the bed was comfy

Pros: I liked how convenient everything was, the bus stops were like a 2 min walk and you could take the buses to Shibuya and Shinjuku Etc. Without a drama.

Pros: The staff was very kind and accommodating, and I slept well—the bedding was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is quite small, but it was clean and stocked with all the necessary amenities. Entry felt secure with a passcode system and an electronic key for the room. I would most likely stay here again, as it’s a great option for a solo traveler.

Cons: I think making all rooms non-smoking would benefit the property. There is also no lift, so the stairs can be a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage, and the property is somewhat far from the station. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Pros: The room was small but the perfect size for me and the microwave and kettle were very convinient. There are multiple convinience stores nearby and the bus stop is less then 2 minutes away while there are metro stations on 13 minutes, 17 minutes and 20 minutes walk.

Cons: The room might be too small for two people. The vent in the bathroom and the one to the outside were a little bit dusty.

Great budget hotel in a nice location. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: I stayed here for one night and overall had a very good experience. The value for money is great — the room is quite small, but it has everything you need. They provide a toothbrush, toiletries, shower gel, and even a pajama set, which was a nice touch. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants and shops, so it’s convenient for grabbing food or anything you might need. A solid choice for a short stay.

Cons: It’s a bit of a longer walk to the nearest subway station, but there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around easy.

Pros: Everything was perfect, the hotel had everything we needed, and the area was very nice and quiet, with several train stations nearby. There was also good restaurants, and convience stores in the area. There is really nothing bad to say. The staff was also very kind. We would definitely come back here another time.

Pros: Location is excellent Your only 1 or a few stops away from from some of the main tourist spots in Tokyo. I chose here incase I missed the last train, it was possible to walk back to the hotel as taxis can be expensive. Staff were very kind & hospitable . Japanese are super friendly and tried their best to speak in English. A lot of the important information/signs were already translated into English for your convenience. The comfort of the bed was great. A nice feather duvet and soft pillows. Air-conditioning was a life saver in the Tokyo heat. I was a solo traveller so the double room was big enough for me. It may be different with 2 in the room.

Cons: Everything was great and probably better than expected. If I was to say anything then maybe the toilet was a tricky experience. You have to remember this is a small apartment room in the centre of Tokyo for a great price. The toilet is in a small bathroom space and you cannot adjust your legs when sitting as the wall is so close on one side. That's all..I could live with it.
