really good, lovely receptionist lady and very helpful. Please give her a bonus in pay packet.

Pros: you need to supply a few small coffee and tea sachets.

Cons: English speaking TV channel squeeky shower tap leaking.

Pros: The staff was Professional and friendly. No issues checking in or out. Good location; close to a lot of restaurants, the subway, and there are plenty of taxi's in the area. Good for the price, very reasonable.

Cons: Unfortunately, the room itself did have some problems that maintenance should address; the ac in the room leaked and I had to use the trashcan and bag to catch the drops and it dripped for 2 days. There was no one at the desk in the evenings to report this to :-(
