Super Hotel Premier Ginza

A stylish, well-located hotel with a spa and perfect transport links—comfort and access combined

Pros: The hotel itself was lovely, with a relaxing thermal bath and a spa area that felt like a real highlight. The tube station is literally in front of the door, making it easy to get around Tokyo. We felt warmly welcomed by the Japanese people and impressed by their kindness. There were tons of restaurants and 24/7 supermarkets nearby, plus excellent ramen kits that tasted almost restaurant-quality. The nearby fish market and its sushi turned out to be the real culinary highlight of our stay.

Cons: Ginza’s “top-notch” shopping street was far too expensive and only about a kilometer long, filled with luxury brands like Tiffany and Gucci. The Imperial Palace and its park were less accessible than expected. The area felt too pricey overall, so for a second Tokyo visit we’d prefer a different neighborhood. Shops in Ginza don’t open until 11 AM, which limits morning plans unless you tour elsewhere.

Perfect for a short stay in Tokyo

Pros: Perfect location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, welcome drinks every night at reception area. Subway entrance literally outside the door!

A little haven in the heart of Ginza!

Pros: Amazing location in the heart of Ginza, right outside a metro station exit, round the corner from Kabukiza Theatre and short walk to Ginza Six shopping centre. The staff were friendly and professional and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The onsen was a great way to relax after a busy day around Tokyo!

A hotel that I will come back to. Central and comfortable.

Pros: Location is very central. Lots to eat and shop at Ginza. Also close to Tsukiji outer market. A metro station on the Hibiya line right outside the hotel and walking distance to Ginza station. Also love the free drinks from 5-9pm daily. Choose your own additional pillows, and sample sized lotion, hair treatment etc.

Cons: Toilet is very small.

Great spot for final two nights in Japan!

Pros: Great location, the metro is right outside the entrance door. The staff were being super lovely. I had luggage forwarded, they stored the bag for me and it was waiting in my room when I checked in. Compact room, but was great for 2 nights for a solo traveller. There are complimentary drinks every evening and there is an Onsen on 3rd floor. If you are thinking about adding breakfast, I personally would not bother. The smoothie (you can also have soup instead) and the roll were not very exciting to me. I based myself there for the final two nights of my Japan cross-country trip and this was a great location for shopping!!!

Great stay in a great location. Don’t expect a large room or a soft mattress.

Cons: The walls of the room were very dirty and noticeable. I know some guests can be very dirty, but a wipe down of noticeable marks and stuff could improve the cleanness. Otherwise the room was great and clean.

Pros: The hotel was very centrally located, and had great amenitities. Upon arrival, you even get to choose your own pillow :). Overall, it was very clean and staff was friendly. The rooms are small, but this is what you would expect in Tokyo.

Great stay in Ginza

Pros: Great location. Metro station outside. Short walk from airport bus drop off. Lots of bars & restaurants close by. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A comfortable stay, Happy to return again

Pros: Clean quiet room, lovely bath, daily fresh amenities, excellent location

Cons: There is only a single lift servicing all floors, therefore there may be a bit of a wait during busy times e.g. in the morning
