Good stay, good location

Pros: Location. Not too crowded except when there's no event at tokyo dome. Near to LA Qua(shopping mall).

Cons: Too crowded during events at the dome.

Best stay

Pros: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly appreciating the stunning views of the Tokyo Dome and the city. The hotel's prime location offers convenient access to various shopping centers, dining establishments, and Don Quijote.

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located with four subway lines and JR lines in walking distance, plus a huge amount of restaurants and attractions in the Tokyo Dome City. The rooms are generous and spacious, which one does not see that often.

Cons: I understand that the hotel wants to be upmarket, but the prices for one person and for pretty much everything in all the restaurants are steep.

Wonderful, would definitely stay again!

Pros: The location was wonderful and the size of the rooms was fantastic! The staff were also very helpful with sending our luggage to the next hotel.

Cons: The rooms were a little outdated, but that was not a major issue.

Very good! Except for the self-serve laundry machines which are in dire need to improvement.

Pros: Overall very good hotel, especially the location which is excellent!

Cons: Nowhere near enough self-serve washing machines for a hotel of this size. Only four machines, which is completely inadequate. I went at 10 pm on a weekday and there was still a queue to use them. The machines themselves are poor quality. I was unhappy with the wash, and the dryers were especially bad. I ran some hoodies through three drying cycles and they were still damp. Overall, the laundry facilities are terrible and essentially useless. Don’t use or rely on them.

Good location with plenty of restaurants offering a range of cuisines around the Tokyo Dome

Pros: Rooms were very clean and comfortable, it's a really good location, next door to the Tokyo Dome and a lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It's also very close to the Suidobashi metro station, giving easy access to the Mita line and the JR East line so it's very convenient for exploring other areas of Tokyo. the vires from the 43rd floor are pretty impressive day and night.

Had a great week enjoying the sights and hospitality of Tokyo

Pros: Location to entertainment at the Dome, train lines, supermarket, local restaurants and in house lawson. Staff were very polite. Coin laundry.

Cons: Buffet was a little disappointing for the price but might be different if we ate all of the Japanese flavours.
