Excellent service from Ritz Carlton

Pros: Experienced excellent service during my stay at the Ritz Carlton Tokyo. Special thanks to Front Desk Manager Dushantha Wirasinha who helped me with the check-in and check-out process with a smile on his face. I really appreciated that he allowed me to check in when I arrived in the morning, store my luggage and collect my room card later in the afternoon. I was also thankful that he assured me of the availability of my breakfast at the restaurant that was paid for even though the systems did not reflect it properly. It was nice to have a delicious sushi dinner with a view and a subsequent drink at the bar with a live band. My partner thoroughly loved it. She also appreciated the hotel gift from Dushantha when we checked out. This hotel is also right next to the Tokyo midtown illumination which made it an excellent location in November/December.

Cons: The washroom is huge but the toilet and shower room is actually quite small because there is a large empty space in the middle of the washroom.

Really recommend Ritz-Carlton!

Pros: The service and the view of the room and also the waiter/waitress are all very nice and friendly The Concierge is really friendly and powerful, we ask them help as book the restaurant, they succeed to book the restaurant which is hard to reservation. We really have great time in Ritz-Carlton and Tokyo

Pros: We love everything about the hotel. But most of all the amazing wonderful staff team. They went above and beyond. Very rare to get this service truly genuine hospitality and warmth nowadays . We were extremely impressed. And for this reason we look forward to coming back. Hopefully soon.

The hotel is not only convenient to the mall but also convenient to head to the Roppongi district.

Pros: The location was perfect, it is close to the mall which is more convenient for me to browse around and enjoy the delicious food that Tokyo has to offer.

Cons: There is nothing that I did not like. Everything has progressional meet up my expectation.

Pros: Beautiful view, really nice the rooms and the service. We really enjoyed our stay, they gave us a free upgrade because of availability.

Cons: They are really slow at the breakfast, also not enough room for all the guests. We had to catch a train, needed to wait 15 minutes to enter as it was full, after we were waiting 40 minutes for our order after telling we were in a hurry. Maybe better for the hotel to work with time shifts for the guests.

Fantastisk service, hjälpte till med alla saker man frågade om. Concierge avdelningen var otrolig

Pros: De olika alternativen tillfredsställer alla olika smaker för en perfekt frukost, vilket är trevligt om man äter många frukostar under ett längre besök. Fräsch, nyttig, Internationell såväl som Japansk. Trevliga lokaler med underbar utsikt. Lugnt och fridfullt att äta där.

Cons: Inget att klaga på. Otroligt trevlig och service inriktad, tränad personal.

Cons: В выходные пришлось ожидать посадки на завтрак, если входить в отель через переходы, а не через улицу, то навигация не очень понятна.
