Great stop for a couple days - makes you really appreciate a normal size hotel room when you get it!!

Pros: So well equipped if you’ve forgotten anything like bathroom supplies pyjamas hair straighteners facial steamer even, face masks and moisturiser. Breakfast downstairs was nice and handy and a good variety!

Cons: The lack of luggage space - thank goodness we only had two medium size bags. If you have two large suitcases and carry on forget about it - it would be challenging

Great hotel for exploring Tokyo

Pros: Nice hotel in a great location, right next to Roppongi station. Amenities were great and staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and rooms were clean and a decent size

Cons: Somewhere to put clothes away in the room would've been nice but not essential

Pros: The location, the size of the sink in the bathroom, the single-size satchels of daily cosmetics available at reception, the vending machines, the ease of communication, even pyjamas were provided.

We had a great stay but the room could be cleaner.

Pros: The location is great right next to the train station and lots of restaurants.

Cons: The bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable and clean but the carpet, walls and curtains very dirty.

Excellent location and reasonable value.

Pros: We visited as a family of four during Christmas, and I reserved connecting rooms. The room was good, slightly small at first, but it became adequate afterwards. The location is excellent, convenient, near Roppongi train station, with plenty of food options nearby. We could walk to Tokyo Midtown. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

good location, has everything you would need

Pros: Nice location - walking distance from public transportation. Close to many stores and convenience stores, which was great for a little snack. Breakfast was alright, very classic Japanese breakfast.

Cons: The fan in the bathroom was pretty loud, and it was not possible to turn it off. And the carpet was quite stained and old. But there were slippers provided, which were nice!

Small but satisfied

Pros: Location was 10/10, could not be better, Just a very short walk to the closest train station (Roppongi station). Plenty of food options and a Family Mart just around the corner. Staff was helpful. Pyjamas were available as well as a myriad of room amenities.

Cons: Nothing much. Satisfied with the room for the price and location.

Great location and really pleasant stay.

Pros: The location was excellent. Literally could see Tokyo tower within 2 minutes from hotel. Clean. Facilities were great. I managed to do some washing and had free use of hair straighteners etc loads of free amenities

Cons: Staff were slightly awkward with check in. But really helpful on other occasions
