Great facilities & staff, very accommodating and a great location.

Pros: Great location, handy to the Keisei Narita Skyliner rail service, plus the bustling streets around Ueno.

Cons: Although it sleeps six, our apartment would be over-run by luggage if all 6 beds were taken, especially since the tatami area can’t be used to put suitcases.

perfect for families

Pros: We love the thoughtful and family-friendly design, has everything a family needs without being excessive. Very clean with comfortable beds, everything was perfect

Comfortable stay for our family of 5 in a safe and accessible area.

Pros: Very helpful staff; very clean facilities; very much set up to cater for families; good sized room for a family of 5; safe quiet area with a number of metro stops and convenience stores nearby; 5-10min walk to Ueno station area for lots of great restaurant options.

Cons: It was exceptionally expensive. As a party of 5 we required a bigger than standard room, and I understand accom in Tokyo is very small, but I’m just not sure it was worth what we paid.

Amazing

Pros: I was truly impressed by the warmth and helpfulness of the front desk staff. They explained everything clearly and in great detail, which made the check-in process very pleasant. The room was clean and well-maintained. Although it was not very spacious for opening four large suitcases, it was still manageable. The bathroom was spotless, with strong hot water pressure, and there was absolutely no noise from outside. Overall, everything was excellent and I had a very comfortable stay. I would gladly return in the future.

Cons: It was slightly unfortunate that the surrounding area was very quiet at night, with nothing much nearby—likely because it is an office district, so there is no activity after working hours. Inside the room, it would be nice to have a few additional amenities, such as a coffee machine. It would also be more convenient if a washing machine were available inside the room, so guests would not need to go down to the laundry area.
