Super Hotel Tokyo JR Kamata Nishiguchi

Great location close to JR Kamata station and Haneda Airport

Pros: Very friendly staffs and great selections of skin & hair care products for guest. Much better than the other Super Hotel location that we have stayed in Tokyo.

Cons: Could have more breakfast selections but breakfast staff is still very nice.

Pros: mostly everything especially front staff can speak english

Cons: I had an accident while stepping out of the onsen. I tripped and my foot was cut deeply,However,There was no first aid available, even though the staff tried to help. i would recommend that the hotel should have first aid available in case of accidents.

Nice stay

Pros: Has everything one needs. Has a welcome bar and drinks in evening but ends at 9pm...laundry was only 200 yen and free dryer! Onsen was great but small, perhaps 6 px? Separate men and women.

Cons: I was told carpark was not available only after i booked and had to look for a lot nearby. They helped by giving suggestions on verious locations. They could have stated limited lots and to check availability before booking. They didn't switch on the aircon in the corridor to the rooms...like a sauna.... they could have extended the nightly bar to 10pm instead of 9pm.

Pros: lovely and very helpful staff, breakfast was decent considering it's free/included and some items were rotated between days so it felt fairly interesting even staying consecutively, carbonated bath is a great unique feature and the bath area was clean and well maintained. there was an option on the TV to check if the bath or laundry machines were occupied, very thoughtful. lots of great amenities choices in a self-serve style including pyjamas and pillows to borrow. the area around Kamata station basically has everything you would need also so location-wise it's pretty great. wifi was also much more stable than I've experienced elsewhere. overall would definitely love to stay again, thank you!! :D

Cons: room cleaning is from 10am sharp and goes for 5 hours/isn't possible to book a timeslot or come back early so as a remote worker there was no choice but to skip most of it, but I think this is fine for most tourist schedules.

Everything was exceptional, except for the storage in the rooms

Pros: Staff was amazing. Facilities (onsen, washing machines, microwave/oven) and extra goodies (open bar) were great for not eating out every evening. Amazing breakfast selection.

Cons: We really missed having adequate storage in our room. There was only a small table and 3 hooks. Even with the small room sizes - not unusual for Tokyo - there were empty walls that could have been used for shelves and the like. We were 2 people with a suitcase and carry-on each. After a few days of shopping we really struggled with the space. We have previously been to hotels where rooms were similarly sized, but with more storage they did not feel as small as our room in the jr hotel Kamata.

Pros: Clean, small and comfortable room. Good price over a weekend

Cons: Onsen was small

Pros: The location was perfect for our early flight out of Haneda. Plenty of shops, restaurants and convenience stores. JR line is only a few minutes walk away. Rooms were a reasonable size, clean and very comfortable.

Cons: Not many breakfast options for western children although they didn't go hungry.

Good value for money, chill place

Pros: F/P value was really good. Breakfast is Eastern style, not really for me. The onsen was a perfect addition, I almost used it every night. Room was ok, but the pillows were really weird.

Cons: Pillows. Location is somewhat sketchy, but Japan standards, dont forget.

Love this place

Pros: Everything was great. Love this place. I even downloaded their app and became a member. Location is great as well. A lot of restaurants nearby.

Great stay and experience

Pros: Location and cleanliness, calmness and peaceful area

Cons: Just simple and very minor, pillow ( its rocky, maybe because they promote organic and natural stuff) but they have soft pillows offer located in the reception area.
