Great modern hotel, with amazing staff

Pros: The location is a very quick walk from Otsuka station, right next to a 711 for handy purchases. The lobby reception area has seating area with tables for you to rest with a complimentary cold & hot drinks machine. The room is very clean and modern, with decent space for luggage. The bathroom is as standard and very clean. Finally, the hotel reception staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in, very accommodating with our lack of Japanese speaking and always happy to help with any requests such as extra pillows or holding luggage for us. Thank you so much to the staff for making our stay enjoyable

Cons: I'm a 5ft7/170cm male that is average size for reference, the bathroom is a little on the smaller side so anyone over 6ft/180cm or larger than average could be uncomfortable. But it was just about fine for my wife and I.

Best place to stay

Pros: I loved staying here, it is friendly, clean and close to the station. I've had the best sleep in ages. I would highly recommend this hotel any day.

Cons: Breakfast could be a little better, even if it means an extra cost. But the drinks machine was a bonus and free and unlimited.

Pros: The hotel is very clean. Staffs are very helpful. They kept our luggages before check-in and after after check out. Location is quiet close to JR Otsuka station with only 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Lots of 7/11, family mart and supermarket nearby. Cheap fresh sushi restaurant is just right at the corner after Otsuka station. We will stay here again next time in tokyo.

Cons: Bathroom is a bit small but i think it's normal in Japan.
