Lovely place for a Tokyo city break.

Pros: The staff were amazing! The location is great and convient. The rooms are clean, and have all you need.

Pros: You can't get much better than this for the price in Tokyo

Cons: It said on the listing that they had luggage storage but that didn't appear to be the case when we tried to leave our bags. They did allow us to leave them but just in the corridor by reception and this seemed like it was a favour rather than standard practice.

It was great would have been perfect except for the shower

Pros: The customer service response was fantastic, the room was bigger than other hotels. Location is good.

Cons: The hot water system should be improved. You need to follow the instruction and make sure the water is hot before taking the shower.

Pros: The room was clean and smelt fresh. We were provided with clean towels everyday. Laundry facilities where also handy. Staff were helpful and attentive.

Cons: The shower was getting cold a few minutes in the shower.

Very good money value

Pros: Approximately 10 walk from the Ikebukuro station. The receptionist was friendly and helpful as well.

Cons: The shower drain was a little clogged but besides that the property was lovely and clean.

Cosy and cool

Pros: It was in a cool part of Ikebukuru. The staff were friendly and accommodating in any way they could help.

Cons: The bed was a little small. The room was quite small and no Netflix, YouTube etc but it was a nice stay.

The staff was very kind and helpful

Pros: Good location just 6-7 minutes walking from the ikebukuro station that has a lot of lines!

Cons: The room was small! It was ok tho but we had all our belongings in our luggage because there was no table or something! Maybe a hanger or a self more could be perfect for towels and essentials near by the sink!!!!
