Exceptional.

Pros: Had a great stay at Domo during our first trip to Japan. Hotel is conveniently located in Shinjuku next to Higasjhi Shinjuku station exits B1 and B2. Clean hotel with comfy beds and great facilities. Hot water that never runs out and you can have unlimited showers. The room has two rooms, one with Japanese style floor beds and other with normal beds. Very convenient to travel anywhere in Tokyo because of proximity to station which connects all main lines. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Plenty of HALAL food options at walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Location was incredible, lawsons was right next door and so was the station.

Cons: It was a little cramped, but that's probably normal for tokyo.

The Domo Hotel is centrally located in the Shinjuku area with comfortable and clean facilities.

Pros: It was located 20 metres to higashi-Shinjuku train station. Very convenient. Communication with the hotel prior to our stay was prompt and efficient allowing us to leave our bags in the lobby for the day prior to our checkin time. The staff member at checkin was very welcoming and helpful.

Cons: The lobby area downstairs was very small. From the outside the hotel is described as a narrow pencil hotel located in between larger properties but was great value for money with modern facilities.

Wonderful apartment hotel

Pros: Liked how the way the hotel was set up like an apartment with separate rooms and kitchenette etc. Location was great and it was surprisingly quiet and near convenience stores.
