Good option for a stay in Tokyo

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Good value for money.

Pros: The hotel is located near train station. The staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and have all basic facilities. There are many convenient stores near the hotel.

Cons: The double room was small for two people

Good location for ikebukuro. Right next to main evening entertainment district but amazingly quiet - perfect balance

Pros: Location was great. Easy checking in and out. Shower was amazing!!

Cons: Tiny issue with room layout. Main Socket was right next to pillow on bed area, so kept knocking it unplugged during the night but really it was a tiny tiny issue. No real complaint

Pros: Delightful staff, so lovely and helpful and friendly. Room was super clean and comfortable. Fabulous shower. Microwave available to heat up food. Brilliant location. Short walk to station, good peaceful but central area, lots of great food places nearby.

Cons: Dryer needs work! Not a big deal.

Exceptional value and great base for exploring Tokyo

Pros: Location was great. Lots of eateries and convenience stores very close. About 7 min walk to Ikebukuro station. Room was clean and had everything you needed.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Great room, very nice staff! We arrived late and we got our room immediately. Close to the ikebukuro Station, Restaurants and more within walking distance.

Comfortable and lovely staff

Pros: The hotel was quiet and the bedding was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: The rooms could use a desk and more places to put your items

Pros: Rooms were clean and tidy, and the host was very welcoming and happy to help. Short walk to local restaurants and convenience stores About an 8 minute walk to the closest train station (Ikebukuro) Laundry facility on site too is helpful - 100yen per load of washing, and 100 yen for 30 minutes dryer use

Cons: The only issue we had was with laundry. The dryer doesn't seem to be very efficient, we ran a small load for 90 minutes and it was still damp. There is a coin laundromat about 2 minutes away, recommend using that instead.

Big bed and nice shower - very close to the station!

Pros: Great quiet location just a couple minutes walk from Ikebukuro train station, with plenty of convenience stores and good dining and nightlife nearby. It was very nice that we could check in a little bit early as well :) The bed was big (queen or a little bit bigger) and comfortable. And the shower was the largest and nicest in our entire Japan trip. We also appreciated the mini fridge and water boiler to make coffee in the morning. Overall, an attractive room.

Cons: The room was too small to keep both of our big suitcases open at the same time. Not a huge deal, but just FYI for fellow travellers.

Clean, friendly staff and very easy accommodation

Pros: It was near to the train and close to stores. The staffs was supper friendly and helpful.
