Fully self-contained apartment in quiet neighbourhood
Pros: Modern apartment with cooking and cleaning facilities including a washing machine, induction stove top, microwave and kettle. Self check in process was fairly straightforward. Located close to metro station which made sight seeing around Tokyo fairly easy. A few restaurants and convention areas nice stores in the area. It is a residential area, so was very quiet and not too much to see closeby. Wifi and air conditioning worked well.

Pros: We rented 4 1 x LDK apartments for a family of 8 persons. The proximity to the Kagurazaka and Edogawabashi Stations was fantastic, the comfort and privacy of 4 distinct apartments for the family worked out very well. The facilities were modern and in perfect condition. We had an all round fantastic experience in Nestay Inns.

Pros: - Very good connections to all spots you want to visit -Quiet location - Has all amenities we needed for the time we stayed in- ( washing machine, kitchenette, fridge, TV, hairdryer, towels) - Cheap
Cons: - We struggled with the payment- there's no direct or face to face contact with the host and the requirements they have are a bit odd. We discussed just via Booking.com messages and stressed a bit, but in the end managed to sort it out. - It could be a bit cleaner

Good for long stay
Pros: The house is near the train station, about a 5-minute walk. There are shops where you can buy groceries and coffee. The house is quite small, as is commonly the case in Japan. Clean house, and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The trash system. I'm confused about where & when I can put the trash outside the accommodation. The heater in the house also makes me confused, which is not explained in the house information/guide.

Pros: The location is in a really nice neighborhood, close to a metro station, with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
Cons: I struggle a bit with the trash. However, I believe this is a challenge across Japan rather than an issue specific to this facility.

Absolutely worth the money! For my stay it felt like a second home
Pros: Been there for two weeks and everything was perfect! Great connection to the public transport and many combinis in the area!
Cons: Had the room on the ground floor directly besides the entrance therefore I could here people talking in front of it and also had to close the curtains when I was home because the only bigger window was directed to the entrance.

Pros: Great location, close to metro lines, shops and restaurants. Very good facilities (bathroom, shower, bath, kitchen, heating) and amenities provided with the room. Smooth check in and overall a pleasant stay.
Cons: The double bed is a bit small for two people and the apartment was a bit dusty which we did not expect considering all the warnings about additional charges if you do not take off your shoes at the entrance.

Good value for money for Tokyo standards, would stay again
Pros: Perfect for a solo traveller. All that you could need provided in a compact way. Good location with a lovely upmarket/ trendy neighbourhood with bars restaurants 10mins walk away. Very quiet tucked away but close to everything you need. Self check in so didn’t meet any staff but they were very quick to respond with any queries.

I overall really liked it. I really recommend it if the noise and hard bed doesnt bother you that much.
Pros: Very nice atmosphere, the room had everything we needed. The area was very nice and calming. The people were nice.
Cons: Our room was on the ground floor, which meant our balcony was too and we couldnt make much use of it because everyone was walking by. The bed was very hard and there were no spare bedsheets so we could change them since there was no way for them to dry in one day. The neighbors were very loud and there was some kind of bus or truck every day at exactly 2 or 3 am right outside our window, making a lot of noise. There was also no storage space but we managed.
