Mi villa SoMo. Comfortable stay for families

Pros: Close to number 63 bus stop. only a few stops from ikebukoro Close to tram stop, about 3 stops to otsuka. It's a 15-18 min walk to sugamo station It's a 10 min walk to nishi-sugamo (Mita line) There's a MacDonalds close by. Lots of food at Otsuka station and along the road walking to Sugamo station The house is 3 storeys. Has heating. IKEA mattresses ( the queen beds were too soft for my liking). Stairs are steep but expected for this style of house. 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. Bathroom has clothes drying function that you can set a timer for 1-10h for clothes to dry. Fridge, kettle, cutlery, microwave, washing machine and detergent provided. Getting the keys was easy Communication was easy and prompt We were a family of 7 and had enough space

Cons: Would like to have some bathmats as the floor was wet when ever someone exited the shower. We used an old t shirt and disposed of it at the end of the trip Would have liked fresh towels to change after 4 days . We were there 8 days total. Taxi driver is only able to drop us and pick up at the 63 bus stop as the roads infront of the house are narrow

Beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood

Pros: The location was a little out of the way but in a beautiful community and easily accessible, just what we wanted. There was more than enough space for a family of four, the apartment was beautifully appointed with all the inclusions, almost felt brand new. We loved the accessibility of the Jizou-Dori Shopping street such a fantastic experience

Incredible stay in a spacious, beautifully designed Tokyo villa—peaceful, well-equipped, and perfect for groups

Pros: Somo Villa exceeded all expectations! It’s perfectly located—quiet and peaceful, yet central and convenient for exploring Tokyo. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The layout is ideal for groups, with each room offering privacy and comfort. The couch is incredibly cozy, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need (plus a great dishwasher!), and the whole place has a calm, beautiful vibe. We searched through many options, but this villa turned out even better than described. Truly a home away from home!

Cons: There is absolutely nothing I could fault!

Pros: Exceptional accommodation, clean and modern. Nice amenities, appliances, outdoor terrace. Fairly close to the Metro station, quiet area. Very prompt and courteous communication with the host.

Cons: Somewhat typical to a Japanese stay, the stairs are steep and narrow. Best if you leave your luggage downstairs.

Pros: Great space for the family. Close to shops and great coffee place (Mikeys). Train was 10 mins away, and there were lots of places to eat.

Pros: Parfait (moderne, propre, bien équipé), pas loin de Nishisugamo et de Sugamo. Bus direct (63) jusqu a Ikebukuro très pratique. 3 vraies chambres spacieuses

Cons: Prévoir de monter et descendre souvent les escaliers mais rien de gênant (sauf pour les PMR). Manquait juste plus de prises dans les chambres dont des prises usb (si vous n avez pas d adaptateur). Check in autonome très simple

Pros: 打扫得很干净，房间宽敞，装修看着还是比较新的。住4个人绰绰有余，非常喜欢客厅和厨房部分，大家可以坐下来聊天吃东西，房间在一楼和三楼，老年人住一楼很方便。还有个小露台，晚上回来喝啤酒聊天都可以。这间民宿几乎满足了我所有的需要，房东也很友好。位置离开市中心有点远，但是我觉得我可以接受，因为附近有电车和公交车可以换JR线。附近的有几家超市，买东西很方便，性价比还是很不错的。希望下次来还可以住这里。已经推荐给我的朋友们了。

Cons: 建议夏天小露台有个小蜡烛，冬天有个小暖炉就很完美了。一楼没有卫生间对老人家稍微有一点点不方便。但是几天的住宿可以忽略不计。

Great stay despite the stranger approach

Pros: It is a residential area out of the city center, the vibe was cozy and less crowd, so the atmosphere was quiet and serene. Felt like home away from home. It is close to a tram station to travel around local areas, you can use the tram to travel to the JR main station or by walking for 12 minutes.

Cons: The ventilation of the house wasn't great as there are visible damp smells. There's also only one bathroom so it will be a trouble for big crowds. A stranger approached us the moment we arrived at the property and asked us if we would like to follow her to visit \

Pros: Behagelig sted med masse af plads. Tak for gave Yian :)

Cons: Alt var godt ;)

Pros: Alojamiento muy amplio y cómodo. Estaba todo muy limpio y equipado. Hay zapatillas de goma en la entrada para todos los huéspedes, toallas, productos de la ducha y todo lo que puedas necesitar. Tiene varias entradas de metro cerca, supermercados y una calle llena de restaurantes.

Cons: El único pero es que solo tiene una ducha pero si tiene varios baños.
