Great place to experience the nightlife of Tokyo for a large family or families

Pros: Having the kitchen and laundry facilities was great. Nice and close to the nightlife, but on the edge of the area so not as busy and less noise. Quite comfortable for a large family. Highly recommend the place!

Wonderful house in Shinjuku

Pros: Extremely clean 3 story house with 9 beds in a great location 2 blocks from the action in Shinjuku. Perfect for our family group of 9. Huge bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. Overall very positive experience.

Cons: We were hot and tired but needed to walk 3 blocks and wait while someone fetched the key. They only gave 1 key for 9 people which was not practical when we split up into groups and arrived back at different times. It's great that there is a washing machine but no dryer so leave time to hang dry clothes. The bedding felt cheap and unusually rough...could easily be improved. Construction started at 7:30am right next door and woke up some of us.
