Great area, Some improvement needed. Perfect for families .

Pros: Location, 5 mins from metro and shops. Convenience shops 1 min walk. Apartment was big enough for a family of 5+, lots of space for Japanese apartment in comparison to a hotel room. Area was quite and peaceful. Lots of cameras outside makes you feel safe.

Cons: Could do with a deep clean. WiFi is trash. Downstairs bidet didn't work. Downstairs bedroom curtains missing.

Convenient, quiet location, great for families

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to the action but not right in the hustle and bustle so very quiet. Was a good option for a large family.

Cons: Only minor issues..: Could have done with a bit more toilet paper for a family of 7 and needed some sharp knives for cutting food.

Comfortable

Pros: The property is suitable for groups. Location was perfect to explore all areas of Shinjuku (walking distance). Aircon in all rooms and kitchen dining area was fantastic.

Cons: The upstairs toilet is smaller compared to the downstairs one. The stairs are quite steep Japanese style home. Although it became bearable as we got use to it. *Context - 4 males all 6ft plus

Pros: Excellent location close to all the activities in Shinjuku yet in a quiet neighborhood.

Cons: Really need more than one key.
