Cool and spacious industrial themed house in a convenient location near Ikebukuro. We found the walk usually around 15 m

Pros: Big and spacious, lots of beds so suitable for groups. Living space was spacious and there’s a well-equipped kitchen though we didn’t cook during our stay. Heater on level 3 (bedrooms) and loft worked well and it kept the space nice and cosy. In addition, the owner (Kevin) was very responsive and helpful. He sent clear check-in instructions, replied very quickly to queries and was very kind in allowing us to hold our bags for a few hours on check-out day. He was also helpful in assisting when we left a bag behind.

Cons: Heater on second level (living/kitchen) wasn’t quite warm enough and the space stayed quite cold. The rooms and loft were warm though! Also, for young kids need to be careful as the space has a cool industrial vibe but the gaps at the side of staircase are quite large. Steps are also metal so care is needed when walking up and down stairs.

Cons: Le froid, et les escaliers difficiles à monter pieds nues (des chaussons sont cependant disponibles à l'entrée pour cela).

Pros: ทำเลอาจจะไกลจากสถานีรถไฟไปบ้างเดินราวๆ 10 นาทีแต่ก็ถือว่าอยู่ใกล้ร้านค้าสะดวกซื้อมาก 7-11 lawson ที่พักมีทุกอย่างอำนวยความสะดวกพร้อมมากๆ อ่างอาบน้ำก็ใหญ่อยู่กัน 9 คนแต่ไม่อึดอัดเลย ชอบมากๆ

Cons: บันไดเดินขึ้นลำบากไปนิดแต่หักจากข้อดีแล้วเรื่องเล็กมากๆ
