Pros: Staff is very nice. Very close to subway, location is very good, value for money.

Cons: We can reserve for the private hot tub, but time is quite short.

Loved it!

Pros: Beautiful hotel, staff were lovely, being able to book the private bath onsen experience was great as a couple with tattoos we were denied entry at multiple onsens in Japan so it was great to be able to do this in our hotel.

Cons: A bit further from the ‘hussle & bussle’ of Tokyo

Pros: The structure is very nice and is really immersive giving the classical Japanese vibe that I would have aspected. Different kind of breakfast are available, I tried 4 out of 5 and all of them were delicious.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a great experience staying in the traditional Japanese styled room. Great room size. Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. We hired the private baths both nights we stayed and they were also lovely. Definitely recommend.
