Small house, good value for Tokyo

Pros: Good size for Tokyo, very quiet neighborhood, near convenience store and situated 20 minutes walk from station where rapid train stops. Only 5 minutes by train to Shinjuku, 20 to Tokyo station. Reasonably priced for size and location. Very comfortable beds, good hanging space for clothes. Greeted with free coffee pods and machine. Laundry detergent available. Plenty of shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.

Cons: It was very cold. As soon as the heating is switched off, the temperature inside dropped rapidly. No extra blankets for warmth. Not much space for storage. Very steep and slippery staircase. Host very helpful, fast response time.

Russia 🇷🇺

Pros: Very clean, cozy and with practical layout. We really liked the bathroom, the owner provided us with all the necessary consumables. FamilyMart is almost next door, that's always a nice bonus :) Owner also helped us with all of our questions (it was our first trip to Japan), we are really grateful!

Cons: Both metro stations are about 15 minutes from the property if walking, which is fine, it's just tiring in such a hot summer. It is not a fault of this inn, more like something to keep in mind.
