Pros: The location is great, there are metro exits in all directions from here, the house is comfortable and clean😍

Cozy little house in a good location

Pros: Cozy charming little house in a good location. 3 mins walk to a Tokyo Metro station on the Marunouchi line, and then around 10mns to Shinjuku station. Family Mart close by, coffee place, restaurants…

Cons: Nothing, expect for a small issue with the entrance door code… but this was solved swiftly by the staff.

Such a great stay we stayed there twice!

Pros: The location was perfect for us because it was close to a family member we were visiting. We were very close to the subway which was brilliant. There were plenty of shops and restaurants close by and we walked into Shinjuku in about 30 minutes. The house had great amenities including the washing machine, cooking facilities, plenty of cutlery and crockery as well as an excellent shower. Having a toilet upstairs and downstairs was great too. The bedrooms were very spacious and the entire property was very clean and well maintained.

Cons: The stairs are a little steep so just to be careful on them.

Perfect for Large Groups.

Pros: Located around 5 minutes walk from Shin-Nakano Station, which is just a few stations away from Shinjuku Station through Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line. Konbinis and Restaurants are located along the main road where Shin-Nakano Station is located. Vending Machines are within close proximity from the Accommodation. Perfect for Large Groups, managed to fit a group of 7 easily

Cons: Convenience Stores and Restaurants are at least 3-5 minutes walk away.

这是一家在新宿区域的优质民宿。

Pros: 民宿服务非常好，我们入住时发现床单清洁度不尽如人意，联系房东后，房东当天更换了全新的床上用品。酒店位置也比较方便，距离丸之内线地铁步行仅需3分钟，到哪里都很方便，而且周边的超市、便利店、药妆店、餐厅都很丰富。民宿内有两个卫生间，人多也不会拥挤。每个房间都安装了全新的空调，功能非常全面。

Cons: 2楼卫生间的门开关时有异响，最好能维修一下。

Pros: Everything was great! I highly recommend smile stay. The house well equipped, unique, comportable, and home-like atmosphere. Good for family vacation. And also they had a good customer service.

Cons: House ambience

Pros: 卧室很舒适，窗户都有两个，一间浴室两个厕所，一楼客厅有点小，厨房不建议做饭，在新中野去新宿很方便，地铁站近，便利店近，总体来说不错的😀

お得に家族旅行ができました！

Pros: 駅からも近くて、周辺にコインパーキングもあるので便利でした。 ファミリーや大人数で利用すればお得だと思います。 スタッフの方との事前のやり取りも非常に丁寧で安心して利用出来ました。

Cons: リビングのテーブルが二人掛け用のテーブルだけなので、大人数の場合はソファ用のテーブルもあれば良いかと思いました。 入浴時にひげ剃りをするので浴室内に鏡があれば…(^_^;)
