Nice apartment but poor communication

Pros: It was in a good location and it was nice having proper kitchen facilities. The kids liked having a loft to themselves.

Cons: We didn't get full check-in instruction. We got the code to get in the front door but no details on what unit to go to or the code to the lock box to get in. Fortunately our taxi driver could communicate in Japanese with the helpline operator to get the extra information. It was a very stressful start to the stay after a very long flight and arriving at night. The listing also didn't say it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.

Pros: Love the balcony, made the apartment feel much bigger and a place to chill out and let some fresh air in. The bed was comfy, and cozy, and location was decent, about a 10 minute walk to station, and 5 minutes to multiple convent stores

Cons: Washing machine wasn’t amazing, but still good to have the facilities

Pros: The area is quiet. The room is small, but well equipped and close to the metro station which is a plus. It is easy to check-in/check-out and the owner answers to all your questions

Pros: staff were very prompt with replies when i had some issues they were willing to come down fast to fix it which im super thankful for! very value for money would highly recommend!!!

Cons: the only thing to watch out is for those above 180cm the toliet may be too small for you as for me it was almost touching my head already for the loft

Pros: Very clean and modern, big bathroom, washing machine in the apartment, close to Marunouchi Metro, very fast service, very friendly staff.

Cons: Steep and narrow staircase, no elevator.

Wonderful neighborhood spot in Tokyo

Pros: Really comfortable, quiet at night, a cute and cozy little space.

Cons: The height of the shower room is oddly short. My partner wasn’t able to stand up fully. Admittedly, he is quite tall, but he was fine in all of the other rooms.
