Y's INN 駒込 110T

Pros: Very convenient location super close to the Yamanote line station making it easy to get all over Tokyo. Supermarket and combini's, drug store and lots of food options close by. Accommodation was perfect for our family of 5, rooms were spacious, very responsive and helpful hosts, quiet neighbourhood which was perfect for our family. Bathrooms were great, loved the drying room function to dry clothes. We really enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again.

Cons: Accommodation is over 4 stories with narrow stairs (common in Japan) between each level, would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. We kept luggage on bottom floor which might not work for everyone but was fine for us. Kitchen equipment was basic and our family would have loved a toaster but we managed.

Pros: 一、地點位置極佳(就在最方便的JR山手線駒込站東口右轉170公尺，走路3分鐘就到)，沿途有藥妝店、吉野家、蔬果攤、咖啡館、便當店及營業至凌晨一點的超市。 二、房源設施完整(一樓是有一間雙人房及含浴缸及乾燥功能的浴室與獨立廁所，二樓是有五個床位且浴室與廁所分離的套房，三樓為廚房及客廳並有一間獨立的廁所，四樓為四個床位的雅房附洗手台)。 三、廚房為雙口爐且鍋碗瓢盆與餐具齊全、另包含中型冰箱、膠囊咖啡機與微波爐，惟須自備調味料。 四、具備車庫可停放小型車，出入口旋轉鐵樓梯對大型行李搬運較費力。 五、房屋周邊安靜、周圍環境單純，惟四樓在夜間可能會有微小的火車聲。

Cons: 只給九分的原因是因為希望能有更完美的進步空間，如果陽台能如隔壁棟增設曬衣竿，讓洗完的衣服在乾燥後能享受東京難得的陽光就更好了，三樓廚房的門把有些惟損壞，不容易關緊，部分枕頭上的頭髮清潔可以再加強，希望未來能越來越好的招待所有旅客。
