Beautiful house in a great neighborhood.

Pros: Great house with modern updates, appliances, and furnishings. Nice location in a quiet friendly neighborhood and conveniently very close to Tabata station. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and beds were very comfortable. Also there was a small temple with a beautiful property directly behind the house and a Lawson’s convenience store on the next street over.

Cons: The list of rules and list of requirements along with strict penalties we were given before the stay made it a little less enjoyable. It seemed like any step out of line, even accidental, would result in large monetary penalties and possible even dismissal from the property. We are a very respectful group, but the fear of the rules made the stay a little less enjoyable and relaxing.

Pros: 家族旅行で利用したのですが山手線田端駅からすぐで上野や池袋にもすぐ出ることができ便利でした。閑静な住宅街にあるので夜は落ち着いて過ごせました。部屋の中も清潔で8人でも広々過ごせました。スタッフさんも問い合わせに対してすぐ返事をいただけるのでありがたかったです。ありがとうございました。
