Pros: 四个房间 两个卫生间 6-7个住宿人足够；设施新，很干净；距离地铁田端站很近，步行5分钟内；位置不错，地铁田端站属于东京的内环线，去哪里都很方便；住宿附近我就发现了3家超市。

Cons: 洗浴室要是有两间就好了，人多会更方便；靠近铁轨，晚上多少有些地铁的噪音，不过12点后就没了。

Pros: 无餐食，交通便捷，车站步行到住宿5分钟。特别值得一提的：家具和床上用品的配置令人愉悦，细心的房东还配置了两种不同类型的床垫和枕头，4楼有个铺了人工草坪的大露台，小朋友玩得不亦乐乎。
