Good house in great location in Shinjuku

Pros: Excellent location with supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation all nearby. Short walk to Shinjuku entertainment area. The house was clean and spacious enough for our 6-member family.

Cons: Kitchenware was somewhat limited, very few plates.

Pros: The location was very convenient, walkable to all major grocery stores, Indian grocery store, and even the main Shinjuku station and market. The host was responsive and the apartment was neat and clean. Would definitely come back.

Cons: The two bedrooms are on the third floor and it was some task to carry the suitcases through the stairs, but it was one time issue and overall we had a pleasant stay

we visited the place with 2 children and overall, we had a great time.

Pros: The location of the house is excellent, close to the train station. the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. air conditioners work great.

Cons: the owner should take care of better drainage in the sinks.

Pros: Thank you so much for giving us the chance to make your home ours for seven days. This is a large house and lot of space. The comfy beds were the perfect resting place after the day’s travels. We were provided with everything from bedsheets to essentials. Thank you for replying promptly and making our stay so memorable. Location is close to Higashi Shinjuku station, well connected with popular places like Meiji Jingu Shrine, Asakusa, Ginza, Imperial park etcetera. *People with luggage should use B2 exit (for elevators and just opposite the road) instead of B1 (which is closer)* We truly felt welcome and are definitely going to miss the warmth and comfort of the house

Cons: Cleanliness can be better, infront of entrance trash is kept and looks like not not cleared since months. Inspite of communication and confirmation of repair by owner, toilet functions were not working properly. AC cooling was not proper, can be improved.

Perfect Tokyo stay spacious, quiet, great rooftop view, close to the metro, and great for 2 couples.

Pros: This place was the perfect place for my wife and I and another couple to stay for 6 days in Tokyo. We loved the extra space for our more extended stay and the location was perfect to quickly get onto the metro and thus anywhere in Tokyo. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking and the location is quiet and private. Washer/dryer in the house is also a huge bonus for us. Would absolutely stay here again.

Cons: The rooftop was a bit bare, would have liked a table/chairs up there and the wood flooring on the roof gets unusable when it rains, stains feet/socks so be warned...beautiful views up there though.

Pros: Casa espaciosa, limpia y comoda, camas comodas, terraza en la azotea espectacular.

Cons: Las escaleras son estrechas y empinadas.

Pros: הדירה מקסימה ממוקמת בין מרכז שינג'וקו לרובע הקוראני. 10 דקות הליכה מתחנת רכבת תחתית היו שאלות ובעל הדירה הגיע להסביר תוך שעה. מכונת כביסה עם מייבש נוחה מאוד. בקיצור מעולה ומומלץ מאוד
