Pros: Great location to station and convenience stores by foot. Easy to find. Great communication. Plenty of beds for our family of 5.

Cons: As expected, most properties in Tokyo are quite small and whilst this is three levels, it’s still small. The stairs are very steep and toilets extremely small. I knew this ahead of time and we didn’t have an issue with it. My only main problem was the washing machine made our clothes smell like mildew. It may need a proper clean.

Fantastic accommodation, in a quiet area, that gave our family of four an amazing experience

Pros: With a family of four, it was great to have some space to make our own. The upstairs bedroom was spacious with good floorspace for luggage and generous sized beds for each of my two children. The main bed was smaller but adequate for two adults. The lounge/kitchen area while compact, still had ample space for family members to sit at the bar to eat or opt for the sofa. The rooftop terrace was a bonus to chill out on! Location in general was quiet and only being 10-15mins by train from the touristy areas meant you felt close enough to the action, but also a chance to get good value for money and space. The high street was very close by with great eateries, grocery and convenience stores, plus quick access to the red-line metro, trams, and above ground JY green-line train

Cons: After a while, the stairs do become a bit much to go up and down over three levels, especially as we left most our luggage on the third level. The second level toilet is very cramped and positioned on a weird angle, some larger folks may struggle! The lockbox housing the key was very difficult to open, and while I had the code right, it took a lot for it to open. Easily the most stressful few minutes of the stay was getting that open!

Un angolo tranquillo ottimamente collegato con i quartieri centrali

Pros: La posizione è ottima: a 2 passi da una stazione su una linea (JR) tramite la quale è possibile raggiungere tutte le zone rinomate di Tokyo. Il quantiere è tranquillo e non pericoloso (ci si sente al sicuro a qualsiasi ora) e pieno di locali dove mangiare e market dove fare la spesa. L'appartamento non ha l'asciugatrice ma a 50m c'è una lavanderia self-service aperta giorno e notte h24 pulita e davvero comoda. Molto sfruttabile la stanza da bagno con mini vasca, doccia e tv! Carino il terrazzo. Comodi i letti ma attenzione che non sono dei matrimoniali grandi come quelli italiani. Comodi i water 'automatici' ma entrambe le toilet sono davvero piccole per noi italiani.

Cons: Penso sia uno standard per Tokyo ma per noi europei le case qui sono davvero piccole e mancano spazi a cui siamo abituati (es. un tavolo su cui mangiare guardandosi in faccia, un ingresso vivibile dove lasciare giacche o sedersi per togliere le scarpe, una toilet in cui ci si può girare...), non è un vero problema ma meglio essere preparati. L'appartamento è su 3 piani, per noi non è stato un problema ma lo sconsiglio a persone anziane o con bambini troppo piccoli.

Pros: 業者回復效率，有效解決疑問。交通便利，JR、都電、Metro走路時間都差不多10分鐘內，車站樓上是百貨公司，購物很方便。民宿走路5秒旁邊是南大塚公園，有盪鞦韆及溜滑梯，很適合有小孩的家庭。從JR大塚車走到民宿，有很多餐廳、藥妝店及便利商店，麵屋帝旺的沾麵好吃，老闆娘會說中文，客人很親切。

Cons: 整體空間真的不大，樓梯偏陡，行李箱數量多，需要輪流打開。COVID-19疫情後，沒提供調味料，烹調需自備。居住多日，垃圾桶會爆炸。

Excelente Opcion en Tokyo

Pros: Muy buen lugar para hospedarse en Tokyo. Espacioso y cómodo y con todos lo necesario para pasar ahí varios días cómodamente. Muy bien ubicado, cerca del metro y las atracciones turisticas. Muchos restaurantes, centros comwerciales y tiendas de conveniencia alrededor.
