Pros: Location is perfect close to restaurants and public transport etc. Property was very spacious worked in our favour for our group of 5 people. Property felt homey with very comfy beds and we loved that the host were always responsive to our queries.

Cons: Nothing.

Excellent location and villa

Pros: Fantastic location close to the train and shops. Excellent villa with plenty of space and great facilities. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Very close to the subway station with restaurants, convenient stores and supermarket within 5 mins walk.

Centrally located and spacious home.

Pros: The house was very well-located, only a short walk from Otsuka station (4 minutes), and in close proximity to many restaurants and a Lawson. There was also a delicious bakery at Otsuka station that I would recommend. The beds were very comfortable (just a little squeaky!). The house was bigger than expected, three levels with 4 bedrooms.

Cons: There were no mirrors in the house except for in the bathroom, which was on the top level. It would be handy to have at least one in the living area or in the bedrooms! I would also suggest improving the decor in the bedrooms, as they are quite gloomy with all the concrete and no natural light, so can feel a little bit like a cell. We would have also liked some tea and coffee in the apartment.

Wondering comfortable stay for a family.

Pros: The property was great, the 3 levels gave us a bit of space and privacy after our long days exploring Tokyo. It’s close to the OTSUKA train station which made it very easy to get around. It’s also very close to lots of restaurants, fast food and corner stores. Host was very helpful and quick to respond, check in and check out was easy aswell.

Cons: No English instructions on heat, washing machine or rubbish separation. Nothing to major, we figured it out but would suggest they add instructions.

Great place to stay for family or larger groups. Convenient close to JR line and food.

Pros: Good number of rooms; spacious and well kept. Near JR station and places to eat. Dryer was really handy

Cons: Should provide some additional cloths hangar to dry wet clothes. Also no kitchen knife to use during stay. Area was close to bar so was a bit noisy

Lovely home in a cute, convenient neighborhood

Pros: This home was perfect for our group of two kids and two adults. The living area is comfortable and has strong AC and the bedrooms were great for sleeping. (Note, people over 6' tall (nearing 2m) might find the sleeping spaces to be a bit cramped as most of the beds went wall to wall -- but that's probably everywhere in Japan for you :P ) There are two toilet rooms and a washroom separate from the shower room so even travelling with a teenager who can take forever in front of the mirror was no problem. The walk from Otsuka station is very easy and the neighborhood has everything one could want: cheap onsen, good food, lovely temple, three transportation lines...(tram, Yamanote, and a bit further to the Marunouchi Line)

Cons: Some of the spaces were a bit musty, which is pretty normal in the hot/humid season. We left most of the vent fans on the whole time and it helped.

Pros: The property is very roomy especially for family of 4. It’s relatively new and clean. Few minutes walk from the station. Lots of restaurants and convenience store nearby. House is on a quiet street for a nice uninterrupted sleep.

Cons: 2 sets of stairs and they are narrow so we decided to leave all the luggages in the living room 😬

Pros: Rất gần ga tàu, thuận tiện đi lại, mua sắm. Đi du lịch theo nhóm phù hợp vì có nhiều không gian chung vui vẻ

Cons: Có 2 toilet và chỉ có một phòng tắm cho 7 giường ngủ. Phòng khá hẹp, tầng 1 không có toilet nên buổi đêm lên xuống bất tiện. Việc nhận chìa khoá trong hộp thư với cách mở hơi cổ điển gây khó khăn một chút khi đến.
