Great location, accomodating staff, nice snack and drink and comfortable stay.

Pros: I like the friendliness of the staff especially the Korean staff who waited for us when we checked in late on Friday 9th January! He so accomodating and very cheerful.

Cons: I wish washing machine and dryer was free to guests.

It was a very pleasant stay at an affordable price. The reception desk people were all very lovely and welcoming.

Pros: It was spacious as far as Japanese accommodation goes. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were decent. We liked that they had lots of complimentary goods like free drinks, slippers, toiletries etc and it was warm in winter. It had washing machine/dryer accessible for clients. The wifi was great. It had a toilet at reception which was handy. The location was close to nearby market.

Cons: It was quite a walk to the train station.

Pros: Location being not far from main attractions and transport was very convenient with bus stops very close by. Convenient store across the road. Good restaurants nearby too.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of.

Good, clean and comfortable accommodation in a great neighbourhood

Pros: Lovely helpful staff, room was comfortable and spacious by Tokyo standards for a family of four. Complementary drinks and snacks were appreciated.

Cons: The location is a bit far from the subway, but it wasn’t too much of a problem as we got to explore Asakusa’s back streets and found great food along the way.

Pros: Great location in Asakusa, easy to get to and from. Liked the aparthotel vibe of going in the room like a Japanese apartment building. Staff team were very helpful and polite going above and beyond our expectations whenever we asked for help. Also they were very generous in giving complimentary drinks in the room fridge on arrival. Room was more spacious than the standard hotel rooms in Japan giving us more space to manoeuvre our large suitcases. All in all we had a great time staying here.

Cons: Not really a negative but feedback for the hotel to consider would be increasing the number of washing machine/dryer cause it seems just the one wasn't enough. We never got the opportunity to use it cause it was constantly in use.

Pros: Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It had the standard Stay Sakura kitchenette which we found very useful. We used the laundry facilities and the drying function in the bathroom which turned the shower/bath room into a drying room.

Cons: This hotel was a little further from the metro - 12-15 min walk to the Hibiya Line. The hotel had umbrellas to lend if needed.

Overall, i really like my stay. The staff were so nice and accomodating. The place is big for the 3 of us. the room

Pros: I like that its location is close to all famous sites in asakusa. It has nearby stations that goes to akihabara and all others.

Fantastic and clean

Pros: Very clean hotel. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Cons: No metro station nearby, though there is a bus stop that can take you to the nearest metro station.
