Float Inn Asakusa

Pros: The hotel was clean, convenient, quiet and very conveniently located. Lots of bus stops and metro stations nearby to get to any part of the city. The room was very clean and silent. It had everything it needed. There is also a little storage space to leave luggage and coats. The bathroom had a wonderful ofuro. Instructions to get in and communications in general were clear and useful. We didn't meet any staff because everything is perfectly automated. I would surely recommend this facility for a stay in Tokyo.

Cons: The only issue I had with this stay was that we had the room on the fifth floor and there is no elevator. This was not indicated anywhere in the reservation, so we didn't know. The stairs are also quite steep and narrow. We had huge and heavy luggage so it was uncomfortable to climb with it and we didn't expect we would have to. I would advise the facility to make notice to their guests when assigning a room on the high floors. The room was also a little bit cold. There is a convenient air conditioner that can warm it up, but it's not extremely fast and upon arrival it was very cold. Not a big problem though.

Pros: Very good price for the apartment with lots of equipment especially the washing machine and the big fridge. Close to Asakusa so the area is calm and best to visit the temple and the sky tree at night. The studio has a walking closet that even small but very helpful. One of the rare place that provides proper and comfortable double bed size.

Cons: This is a just a personal preference but soap and shampoo provided may cause some itches. Other than that noise isolation could be improve especially when other guests are noisy.

It was great i like it so much. Definitely gonna stay here again if i come to Tokyo

Pros: Really nice clean apartment, Bigger than most hotel rooms. Modern, with a small kitchen and a fridge. Great location in Asakusa close to many attractions. Would definitely book again.

Cons: The lack of lift might be a negative for some, but walking upstairs is healthy.

Love the place!

Pros: Great location and price-quality ratio. The apartment is small, but sufficient. There is even a washing machine! Bed is comfortable and rooms is very quiet and dark.

Cons: Hallway is bit smelly (smoke I think), not really annoying but present

Roomy apartment in a quiet area, close to transport, shops and great food.

Pros: Size of the apartment, washing machine with detergent supplied, plenty of cupboards and hanging space for clothes.

Cons: We had to buy mugs for the tea and coffee we purchased at the local supermarket, though found some nice ones to take home with us at the nearby Daiso store. Be aware you might have to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs, which wasn't an issue for us.

Pros: The location is amazing, everything is nearby and it's very quiet at night.

Perfect spot in Asakusa. Enough space for two and all needed facilities

Pros: The flat is very well located, clean and offers enough space for luggage, sleeping, cooking and eating. Anything what you could need while staying in Tokyo! Supermarkets, good restaurants, sightseeing possibilities and transportation is just a couple of minutes away. We would for sure book here again if we come back to Tokyo.

Cons: I would add a dedicated space and towel for drying the dishes after washing. The rest was perfect!!

Quite corner right around asakusa, near (4-5min) to a express station

Pros: Its accessibly and well described manual for entering.

Cons: The 5th floor with heavy luggage 😅
