GREAT choice for quiet vacationing! And if you want some extra space in Tokyo!

Pros: We were on the 5th floor, the room with the balcony. Everything worked. Loads of spece! Huge bathroom. Balcony was usuable for sitting. In a quiet neighborhood. Large beds. We stayed in 9 different places on our trip in Japan and this was the best one! It was such a relief to have this much space for a change. Price is reasonable for the space. The balcony is an absolute bonus!

Cons: There are no pans to cook anything in the kitchen. Note that some restaurants and food shops aren't open in the neighborhood and internet shows they're open.

Pros: The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Umbrella for the guests outside. It was clean. The stuff are quick to response. It's close to shrines and other attractions.

Cons: We had to reuse our towels.

Perfect stay!

Pros: The apartment was spacious and bright. There was an elevator which made carrying luggage much easier! There was also a cute little balcony and the entire building + interior was very modern, minimalist, and stylish. The location was also excellent — about 15-20 minute walk from sensori shrine and about 10 minutes from a lot of restaurants and grocery/convenient stores.

Pros: Self check in process really smooth and fast. And staff response efficient. Overall satisfied as when have request just contact the property and ask. They have really quick response.

Cons: Pillow should have added more. As too soft.

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean, we did not use the balcony at all but it was nice to have a big window.

Cons: We got the codes for the entrance a bit late when we were already in front of the entrance but the communication was fast and we did not have to wait long to get into our room. The location is a bit off the main attractions but still good connected to the next public transport station.

Great quiet location, price, clean and love it.

Pros: Location, price, environment, cleanliness, how responsive and acccommodating the stafThe hotel is located not far from Ueno, in a slightly quieter part of the city. To which I really like. Convenience stores, restaurants and combinis are aplenty. You just need to know how and where to find them. Train station is only 5 minutes walk away. Checking in and out was a breeze. The room was really nice and clean. And they have an elevator, great for people with heavy and bulky luggages. The staff was so helpful and responsive. My flight was delayed and I had to rebook my entire flight and itinerary for my whole trip. Hence, had to extend my stay for an extra night. Communicated with the hotel via booking.com. They managed to help sort out my extension. But do prepare extra cash in hand as they only accept local ewallets. I was pleased with my stay with this hotel. Will be coming back here for my next trip to Tokyo.

Pros: The room is very clean and comfort. Even has a bathtub which is awesome after a long day walking.

Cons: The location is consider far from the subway around 15 mins walk, and the closest store need 10 mins walk.

Pros: Location was good, convenience store just across the street. Good price, very clean and a big shower. Iriya station for Hibiya line is just over 5min walk away. Highly recommend as its very easy to get to anywhere in Tokyo from here.
