Really your second home 🏡🩷
Pros: The property is superb. Clean and comfortable. The bunk bed and the sofa bed are also comfortable. Its facilities are complete. Washing machine + dryer. Iron. Cooking stove and its accessories. Complete. It was indeed like a second home 🏠🩷 just you exit your room the tall Skytree greeted you every morning and lights up gloriously at nights. Convenience stores are 3-5 mins away. Coffee shop across the block. Train stations, Ginza line at Tawaramachi Station is 1.1km away estimate abt 15mins walk and Iriya Station on Hibya Line is 700m away.
Cons: Although the bunk bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Extra attention need to be taken when cleaning the room. As we are putting on the bedsheet on the bunk bed, we found molded biscuits under the mattress. Luckily vacuum is provided in the room that we had to clean it up ourselves.

Good hotel with all the necessary facilities for comfortable stay
Pros: We are housed on the tenth floor corner room, it has all the facilities my family needs. Especially the washer who also has the dryer function (full cycle take about 6 hours). There is no housekeeping, but you can collect fresh towels and plastic bags for rubbish from the front desk daily. I left my rubbish outside my door so it can be cleared. There is no amenities provided (only shampoo, conditioner and body wash) so you will need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. For hot showers you need to turn on the water heater in advance. There are beddings provided for the 2 sofa beds. The sofa bed is long enough for my teenager son who is 175cm. There is a family mart just nearby and a pizza hut just across the street. Check in and check out is easy and if you need any help, you can request a video conference available on the front desk.
Cons: It is not close to subway station (Iriya station is slightly closer then Tawaramachi Station), so if you have lots of luggage it is better to take a taxi to the place. I spent 2800 yen for a premium taxi to Keisei Ueno station on my way to airport. However without luggage, it is definitely walkable and for fans of kitchenware, you will find yourself in burning your wallet here!!

Excellent option for families
Pros: This was a large 2 bedroom , living and kitchen apartment . The location we found was excellent , easy walk to multiple different train stations , easy walk to Asakusa must do's , easy walk to multiple playgrounds , easy walk to Kappabashi street. The room itself was clean, comfy and soundproof. Our children are 6,8, and 12 and found this suited them well.
Cons: We would of loved an option to empty trash bins during our stay . As a family we filled them up pretty quick

Pros: It was a nice apartment, it was meant for four but just the right size for 2. Everything in Tokyo is much smaller than you would typically expect so all good.
Cons: No actual humans around for check-in or check-out oversight while booking.

Great base for exploring!
Pros: Loved the self contained apartment, having a washer/dryer in the room was really useful as well! Soaking tub in the bathroom was lovely after long days out. Various convenience stores nearby. 10 mins walk to nearest subway line. 15 mins walk to Senso-ji / Asakusa area
Cons: We’d bought umbrellas because of the heavy rain and left them in the rack by the door when returning, only to find them gone when we went back out an hour later. Needs a sign to say these are not ‘loaner’ umbrellas - but people’s personal ones!

Really clean and quiet accomodation for a bargain
Pros: Having a washing machine inside the room is so helpful in Japan hot weather, plus having a table made our meal feels more like we were at home ! The tatami mat section made the room feel more authentic and the view was a nice way to wake up. Beeing at the end of Kappabashi made it so we were close to restaurants but not too much in the tourist hub.
Cons: The bed mattress was the hardest bed ive sleep on in Japan, but the room did include a few futons and with double layer it really helped but since there was 3 of them only my partner could benefit from the double futon.
