Very good and comfortable

Pros: Very convenient to the subway and supermarkets. Enjoyed our stay!

Cons: Maybe provide English instructions on how to use the stove, washing machine, and air conditioner.

Tokyo Family Trip

Pros: The accommodation was spacious and close to several convenience stores. The futon beds were comfortable enough but a bit hard if you're used to a soft bed. The area is quiet at night which is great with small kids. There were umbrellas available to borrow, which was perfect as it rained quite a bit during our stay.

Cons: The stairs to get to the apartment were a bit narrow and smelled of smoke as there is a small smoking area at the entrance, though the apartments themselves are non-smoking.

This place is a bang for the buck.

Pros: The facilities are as advertise. Clean, modern, and complete. Very good.

Cons: The only thing I can pick on is that the location was a bit far from the Minowa Station but manageable.

A peaceful and cozy stay

Pros: Located in a peaceful neighbourhood, it is 30 min away from Akihabara and a long walk or bus ride away from Asakusa, famous for its Senso-ji Temple. We stayed on level 3, away from the smoking room on level 1. It’s a cozy space with 2 big rooms. In the twin room, the wardrobe is big and deep enough to leave open an XL luggage and a small luggage. Each of the rooms have sliding doors that open to clothes-drying poles. If you plan on doing laundry, do bring along extra clothe hangers. Shampoo, shower foam and hair conditioner are provided. The host quickly provided extra toilet roll when requested.

Cons: Carrying the luggages up 3 storeys is the main challenge. Would be great to specify the type of toiletries provided. We thought toothbrush and toothpaste are, but they are not. Not a big problem though.

Pros: the accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood not too far from minami-senju station. if you stay here i recommend taking a 25 minute walk to sensō-ji temple

Pros: 3명 지내기에 부족함 없었고 너무좋았는데 위치는 확실히 아쉬웠고 수건 추가요청하면 장당 500엔 청소는 5000엔이었던거같음

Cons: Materiel de cuisine pas au niveau : assiettes en plastique mou, pas de grande casserole Futon de mauvaise qualité : literies extrêmement dures Erreurs sur équipements : pas d'étendoire donc pas d'intérêts d'avoir une machine à laver, pas au rez-de-chaussée Branchement électrique limite : terre de la machine à laver bricolée, frigo branché sur 2 multiprises en série. Attention au risques d'incendie
