Pros: Clean and comfortable small appartment with all amenities, lixurious toilet, wash and dry facilities. Near a great restaurant and coffeespot

Cons: The thirth bed or sofa is hard and uncomfortable to sleep at. We booked an extra hotelroom for the 3th person

Fantastic host, wonderful cosy apartment

Pros: The host was friendly, responsive and provided helpful information for checking in/out and using the apartment facilities. The property was spotless and very cosy - I particularly enjoyed the bathroom drying facilities. I was able to wash and dry several loads of laundry during my stay, a godsend after multiple weeks of travel!

Cons: Nothing, I wish I had booked it earlier and for longer.

Pros: The apartment has very things, what I like the most is the washing machine. It’s comfortable for 2 people. Personally, I think the apartment is bigger than average room in Japan.

Pros: Super clean, quick replys by the staff via WhatsApp and modern facilities.

Cons: We stayed 9 days. We had to clean ourselves. There's a vacuum cleaner you borrow get in the lobby, but no toilet paper or new towels. However, we did not ask for towels or toilet paper... Maybe the staff would have provided in that case.

Convenient, easy and homely

Pros: It was clean and stylish! Very easy to check in and out, despite the self service. Will definitely be staying here again, if I come back to Tokyo!

Cons: Not ideal for long stays due to no staff reception being in place, but despite that it is still easy to contact them.

Pros: Ease access to subway- 10 minutes away from Minowa station. Clean, spacious, very well equipped room. The washing machine was very useful.

Wonderful quality.

Pros: The room was presented beautifully and it's actually clean. The facilities are great and it was perfect staying with our baby.

Cons: Maybe the location. Just a little. Because there were many hostess bars around the hotel and our second night there was trouble for one of the bars including the police. It was a little bit of a scary moment since we had a baby. Other than that, the service of the hotel was just fine.
