Great place to stay
Pros: The location of this apartment is really nice and quiet. It's close to different train stations which is great. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Has everything you could need
Cons: The futon was uncomfortable for me to sleep on but that's probably because I'm not used to sleeping on one. I had some trouble getting my head around all the recycling and how to separate the rubbish but after looking everything up it was okay.

A perfect experience in Tokyo !
Pros: The location is absolutely perfect: within a 10-minute walk, you can find many shops, restaurants, and several metro stations connected to almost all of Tokyo’s main lines. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and stress-free. The apartment was extremely clean, very practical, and perfectly equipped. We really appreciated having a washing machine, the comfortable bedding, a very good TV, and fully functional amenities. Everything was in excellent condition, and there was absolutely nothing negative to point out. This was our first time in Tokyo, and this accommodation played a big role in making our experience so enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience
Cons: Only one thing but it’s not really problem : they have no lift.

Pros: Очень внимательный персонал. Мы довольно пожилые люди и сначала нас заселили на 4 этаж, без лифта. Подниматься надо было по очень крутой винтовой лестнице. После обращения в службу поддержки нас переселили на 2 этаж и комната была значительно больше. Спасибо.

De los mejores alojamientos en los que estuvimos, súper recomendable
Pros: Me gustó que tenía todo lo necesario para un departamento (cocina equipada, lavadora funcional, aspiradora, etc) y que era muy seguro. El self check-in nos dió mucha facilidad para entrar y está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila de Shinjuku, además de tener un buen precio para la zona. Nos sentimos muy cómodos ahí

Pros: De properheid en goeie, quasi nieuwe staat van het appartement. Ook de goed uitgeruste Japanse badkamer met alles erop en eraan, inclusief wasmachine.
Cons: Er was geen toastoven of rijstkoker. In Japan hoort dat er voor mij echt bij. (Maar het blijft natuurlijk een luxeprobleem ;-):)

Pleasant location and great place to stay.
Pros: Great location, great facilities. The room was clean and tydy. Great to have a washing machine. The shower and ability to do laundry were brilliant.| Felt warm and safe. Wifi was great.
Cons: I never saw any staff, so I wonder why that question is asked? I would have liked to store a bag in the foyer as the front door was only accessible with a code. There were coin lockers close by, so maybe that would have been OK.

Pros: Mieszkanie komfortowe, małe, ale są wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Lokalizacja jest położona między kilkoma stacjami metra do których trzeba dojść spacerem ok 10-15min. Dostaliśmy bardzo szczegółowe instrukcje dla wszystkich urządzeń oraz całego mieszkania, co było bardzo pomocne.
Cons: W budynku nie ma windy, co może być przeszkodą dla osób z dużym bagażem lub z niepełnosprawnością ruchową.

Маленькие чистые апартаменты для одного
Pros: Очень чисто, тихий район без туристических толп, оперативные ответы поддержки на все вопросы
Cons: Очень маленький номер. Хотя его предлагают в том числе для троих, в реальности там было бы комфортно одному. Плюс в нашем номере оказалось спасательное оборудование, которое «откусывало» значимый кусок от и так маленький площади и перекрывало доступ к ТВ (не смотрели его, но сам факт). Также нам достался номер на четвертом, последнем этаже, а лифта нет, с чемоданами поднимались и спускались без удовольствия.
