Super clean and good facility.

Pros: Super clean, comfortable and good facility. Even with washing machine, cooker, microwave in the room. The bathroom has the drying and heating function. Super practical!

Cons: The only limitation is 5/F with narrow stair. It is a bit challenging with my suitcase.

Would highly recommend

Pros: The property was very close to the train station which only took 10 minutes to get to Shinjuku station. The property provided washing machine, kitchen appliances, towels, shower supplies and storage for other items. It is a small place but for one person it was perfectly fine. As a solo female traveler I felt extremely safe at this property, including the three locks on the apartment door, two doors at entrance and password opening door. Instructions on how to get there and into the building are simple and easy to do. No staff is on property but no issues with that.

Cons: Found a few hairs in the bathroom on arrival

Pros: This was the biggest accomodation we had in Japan during our whole stay. Really spacious apartment for Japanese standards with modern amenities and just a couple of minutes away from the closest metro station.

Cons: There is no elevator and the staircase is quite narrow.

Amazing location, great apartment, but hard to get to.

Pros: The location was great and all the nearby restaurants that I had gotten to try were amazing! For the stay itself, it was a good size, I didn't hear any noise from neighbors, and I appreciated that it was hardwood.

Cons: The towels provided were very small and thin. The apartment I stayed in was on the top floor and the stairwell is very narrow, so getting luggage up and then down was awkward.
