Landlord gave us rooms on lower levels when we requested it for the seniors in our group

Pros: Near Edogawabashi station - 5 min walk. Lots of food options and convenience store options. Although no dryer, the bathroom that can be turned into an overnight dryer (with a button that activates clothes drying) and clothes washed at night are dried by the morning ! Value for money.

Cons: On colder days . The heater wasn’t as strong but it was bearable. There wasn’t enough clothes hangers so we had to get creative by using chairs and other furniture to hang clothes. Had to email my passport details before arriving but didnt receive a response about receiving it.

Pros: I like the cleanliness of the city, humbleness of the people.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay! The bathroom was very warm, and the place was spotless. It’s located very close to the station, and it’s even within walking distance of Ikebukuro, where you can find everything you need.

Cons: I wish there was a toothbrush and toothpaste set in the room.

Pros: Great location, close to plenty of restaurants and shops with good transport connections. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and had all amenities we needed including washing machine and hair dryer.

Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend it to others.

Pros: I requested a ground-floor room for my parents, and yes, we got it. I also requested an iron for ironing clothes, salute to the team for the super fast response. They delivered it to me early in the morning. The staff were excellent 👍🏼👍🏼

Cons: There were no instructions for using the appliances like the aircond, heater, or washing machine, so we struggled a little to set up the heater.

Pros: It was clean, close to the subway, and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Pros: Very convenient to live in Shinjuku city, very close to many places you will like to visit in Shinjuku. Also super convenient if you are a family and want access to all facilities you have in a home. And it was very clean, we were very happy with our stay.

Lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything!

Pros: Nice and cozy little apartment! It had everything you need including a washing machine and the neighborhood was really nice.

Cons: There was quit a lot of cutlery and plates missing so we had to share…

Pros: Property was in a great location with easy access to local transport to get you around Tokyo.

Pros: The staff was so incredibly nice. There was a small issue with the first flat we had booked and they send their staff right away who took us to one of their other properties which was equally nice (clean, useful utilities, great location close to the metro line). They even showed us the way in the metro etc. So sweet!
