Ideal apartment

Pros: Nice and modern apartment with all needed comfort in a nice area 2 or 3 stations from Shinjuku.

Pros: Cosy apartment with quite a bit of storage space and in a convenient location. Close to the subway, staff mostly quick to respond to my online requests.

Cons: An elevator would be really helpful.

Excellent service and highly professional staff.

Pros: We stayed here for two nights. Although there was a minor issue when we first checked in at night (the room hadn't been cleaned yet), the staff's response was incredibly fast and professional. They immediately relocated us to a different room and even proactively provided a full refund for the first night's stay. We were very impressed by their efficiency and how much they care about their guests. Mistakes can happen, but it’s the way they handled it that makes this a 10/10 stay. Highly recommended!

Cons: More careful cleaning service.

Pros: It was spacious and comfortable, easy to check in. Moderately close to the central areas and tourist attractions. The owner/the manager was very attentive.

Cons: For us it wasn’t a problem but if you have a big luggage the building doesn’t have an elevator so you would have to climb them with a it.

Very convenient location, very clean and new

Pros: Very clean and newly built. There were heaters/ air conditioners in all rooms and I loved the clothes drying feature in the shower. Location was good too, close to train stations and supermarket.

Cons: We were a little confused about entering the apartment on the first night and had to wait till someone came back and showed us. We then found other newcomers also standing there confused on the days after. The stairs are steep with large gaps in railings and not suitable for toddlers or older people. Fine for us though.

Quiet neighbourhood vibes, but still convenient to the noise and ction

Pros: 1/ Location: cool neighbourhood with local vibes and multiple stations, konbini, izakayas all within a few minutes’ walk 2/ Super quiet: it is tucked away in a side street off a not too busy road 3/ Space: Nice not to be in a shoebox 4/ WiFi: Fast, reliable 5/ Communication: all queries answered helpfully

Cons: The beds and pillows were pretty solid but we still slept fine after some big days exploring Tokyo. The stairs are a bit tight but they were fine for us. A few things like dish rack would good.

Pros: Great location, perfect space for everything you need.

Great start in Tokyo

Pros: The locations was perfect, close to two well connected lines. Building is new and big enough for Tokyo standards.

Good sized apartment - great location

Pros: Fantastic location. Well equipped. Quiet - good soundproofing. Excellent communication from host and instruction to get into the place. Very clever layout.

Cons: Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned - shame as everything else was good. A lot of stairs to carry bags up. Not much cutlery.

Great stay

Pros: Train or bus transport is accessible depending where you want to go. Comfortable bed. Space is just right.

Cons: No extra pillow.
