Great little self contained flat in convenient quiet location

Pros: Perfect for a group of 4. Great location near Ueno station. Impeccable and very comfortable beds. Great facilities

Cons: The emergency exit light is very bright so bring eye shades. Unfortunately we didn’t have any and was quite disturbing to sleep.

Pros: For Tokyo area, room is very spacious and has everything. Very tidy and clean as well, around 7 minutes walking to the station.

Cons: Toilet is still little bit old ( still manual), not like average toilets in Japan which use heating.

Pros: Great experience. For those who want to experience modern Japanese home life. Place was well-kept and aptly facilitated. Families would enjoy this. Visitors would love the ambience and calmness in the mornings.

Overall a great place to stay with your family.

Pros: It's a very clean and spacious apartment by Tokyo standards. Perfectly located near public transport with many routes options. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Cons: The exit sign is too bright which will brighten up the room. It is also good to have curtains or something to block sunlight coming into the room especially during summer days where the sun arises very early in the morning.

Pros: Spacious apartment for 4 person. Easy access to the keys from a lock box. Host provided clear instructions with video on how to locate the accomodation and access to the keys. Quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance 15 mins to many restaurants and shops in Ueno centre.

Cons: It would be better if host allow us to keep our luggage after check out at 10am. We have to drag our luggage to find a coin locker nearby.

Great stay near Ueno

Pros: The room was comfy for our family. It had everything we needed for our 3 day stay in Tokyo. Within 15 min walking distance to Okamachi station where we caught the train, we were also pleasantly surprised by the sheer amount of restaurants, shops and market in Ueno, all within walking distance. We made use of the washing machine, drying rack, kitchenette. They were very accommodating with early check-in and extended our checkout time by an hour before we head for our flight. It was overall a very lovely stay.

Cons: Older style bathroom, but it's still very clean.
